Nestled on nearly five acres—most across the river for extra privacy—this cozy cottage is situated along the beautiful banks of the Boardman River. It's a blue-ribbon trout stream where you can enjoy fly fishing right from your doorstep, or take a short drive downstream to tube back and enjoy a delightful BBQ. It’s the perfect blend of tranquility and adventure for your perfect getaway.

This lovely space comfortably sleeps eight, featuring an adjustable king bed upstairs. The cozy master bedroom comes with a private bathroom that includes a shower and a relaxing soaking bath. Two additional bedrooms are equipped with inviting queen beds. On the main level, you'll find a convenient queen sleeper sofa, along with a bathroom. Plus, there's an outdoor shower near the hot tub, perfect for a refreshing rinse after your soak.

The spacious open kitchen, dining, and living area features a stunning stone gas fireplace. This lovely property provides direct access to the river, a generous swim spa, and an outdoor shower! Inside, you'll find a fun game room complete with a bar, pool table, darts, and a TV. The fire pit is truly special, surrounded by beach sand and eight cozy Adirondack chairs—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stars! Plus, the home includes a professional putting green for added enjoyment.

Enjoy the wonderful activities like kayaking, canoeing, inner-tubing, swimming, fishing, fly fishing, and Morel mushrooming. You'll also love bird watching and possibly catching a glimpse of a deer or other wildlife in the area! Plus, it's just sixteen miles to Flint Fields for the exciting Horses By the Bay Horse Show during the season.
