À propos du quartier

Folly Beach

Perfect location for our first trip to Folly Beach! The view & beach access were amazing! The rooms were lovely & felt upscale with plenty of room for our party of 4. It would have been a very comfortable stay even adding 2 more people. Great place!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach home. The house was very clean and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. One of our favorite features was the beautiful view from the porch—it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The location was also excellent, with restaurants, shops, and other attractions within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Great unit! Loved the bathroom designs and finishes-walk-in showers! Private porches on both sides of the unit were great! Comfortable furniture. There was a small beverage fridge in the unit that was really beneficial. We have rented many of the units in this building and 302 was the best by far. One of the few that has been updated in the last 4-5 years. The only downside for us was that the covered parking is very tight and you can’t park under cover if you have a large vehicle such as a full size pickup truck. But there is open lot parking available. We would rent here again!

Thank you so much for the fantastic feedback and for being a returning guest to our building! We are thrilled to hear that Unit 302 stood out as your favorite by far, and that you loved the recent updates, comfortable furniture, dual private porches, and the walk-in showers. It is also great to know the beverage fridge added some extra convenience to your stay. We appreciate your honest note regarding the tight covered parking for larger pickup trucks; we are glad the open lot provided a good alternative for you. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back to your favorite unit next time!

We recently stayed in 302 Ocean Point Villas, location is excellent and the condo was perfectly outfitted & very clean. Couldn't have asked for a better view! We had a little trouble with the elevator during our stay, but MyOceanRental was very responsive & helpful. We would stay here again & recommend to friends and family.

My husband and 3 kids stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The condo is perfectly located by the beach and within walking distance to everything. There was plenty of room for all of us.
