Pavilion Watch third floor condo with ocean views

There is room for the whole family at this spacious condo with beautiful views of the ocean. The beach is just steps away with paved beach access right in front of the property. After a day at the beach enjoy swimming in the pool. You are within a two minute walk to downtown Folly Beach and all the restaurants and shops. The master bedroom features a king bed, large private bathroom., and French doors to access the balcony. The first guest room has a king bed with an attached private bath. The second guest room has a queen bed and an attached bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions. The living area has a comfortable sectional sofa, a 60" flat screen television, and French doors to access the large balcony. The balcony has seating for everyone along with tables which makes a great place to have your meals and enjoy the view. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals for the family. Folly is the closest beach to Charleston so you will have your choice of activities, restaurants, and tours of the historic city.

We had a great time at Folly Beach, SC and Pavilion Watch 3rd floor condo was amazing. The view is great and there is easy beach access right across the street. There are restaurants just steps away from the condo and we really enjoy walking over to the pier for the sunsets. The elevators are definitely helpful getting luggage up to and back down from the condo. The condo was very comfortable for our family. The host was very quick to respond if we had any questions or issues. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo!! The location to the beach and Center Street couldn’t have been more perfect. The place was clean and very spacious. The hosts always responded quickly and the welcome guide included everything we needed to know. We are already looking into coming back!

I would recommend this rental. Owners were responsive and condo is conveniently located in folly beach. Great view of the ocean! Clean and well maintained condo.

Only reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 is there was no toilet paper in one bathroom and no extra in others. We probably could have called and they would have delivered some.

A perfect Folly Beach week

Our stay in unit 3K was perfect. Check-in was easy, and the property was even nicer than depicted in the photos, with cute beachy decor, a beautiful kitchen with everything you might need, 3 comfortable bedrooms, plenty of towels, and a view of the sea. Our stay was quiet, parking was easy and convenient, and despite a rather stormy and windy day it was calm and tranquil inside. Each bedroom had a smart TV which was great for streaming our favorite shows, and we could see the sunrise each morning from the terrace. The beach was across the street for easy access, and we were minutes from all the restaurants and shops too. We will definitely love to stay here again!

Wonderful property

This was a great place to stay. Walking distance to everything, shops, restaurants, the beach and the pier. Condo was exactly as described. Very clean. Pool was great for the kids. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay.

Great week at Folly Beach!

Our stay in this Pavilion Watch condo was great. Location was incredibly convenient to the beach access (across the street) and downtown commercial district. We appreciated the well appointed and comfortable accommodations. I especially appreciated the understanding of the owners when we had mis-remembered the checkout time and had not removed all our belongings. They graciously granted access back into the unit to retrieve our belongings. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect spot!

You need to stay here! Location couldn't have been better. Everything was within walking distance and beach access was just steps away. The condo was clean and the small personal touches provided by the owner were very thoughtful. Covered parking was also a bonus! I have nothing negative to say about our stay and highly recommend booking here.

Weekend get away

We were looking for a place to enjoy Charleston for the weekend and this property was excellent. Very close to the beach with a great view and just off the main street in Folly which made walking to everything very easy. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Perfect Thanksgiving break at the beach

We love Folly Beach and visit often. We usually stay at Tides or a condo on the beach. This was our first time at this location, and we were very pleased! Lee was fantastic to work with - very responsive, very informative. The condo was perfect. We could still see the beach and hear the waves. The parking was convenient. We all had a great time.
