Directement en bord de mer: Beaucoup de platelage avec des siÚges pour le plaisir extérieur. Serviettes de plage et draps fournis. Manger à l'extérieur sur le deuxiÚme pont supérieur pour regarder les dauphins jouer au large. ou si vous ne voulez pas cuisiner, il ya une variété de restaurants dans le centre de Folly à l'expérience. Vous pouvez prendre le surf ou le kayak leçons sur rendez-vous, ou vous pouvez boogie bord dans l'océan gratuitement. Parachute ascensionnel et restaurants est à seulement 5 pùtés de maisons. Comté parc de l'eau est à 10 minutes. Promenades historiques Downtown chariot sont à seulement 15 miles de là. Museum Mile centre comprend deux musées pour enfants et adultes.

Sandi’s home is a true treasure ! It was just what we needed - perfect location - 4 comfortable beds and a deck with a breeze ! The house was clean and the check in process was easy . Loved using the outdoor deck and the outdoor shower was a plus .We enjoyed our time and would certainly stay again !

Another great week in Folly

This was our second year in a row at this property and I've already booked for 2026. The location and view can't be beat, and the owner is always responsive and provides you with enough of the basics, and even things you didn't expect, like beach towels, sand toys, and even flashlights! I plan to keep coming back for as many years as I can.

Girl's Trip

Absolutely wonderful place! Very clean and well stocked property. Great communication.The location is so convenient and this property is an absolute treasure. It's not a new build which is what we wanted. It has personality and who can complain about a beachfront view. I feel so fortunate to have been able to stay here.

Perfect cozy beach house

The house had everything we needed and then some! Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, ample armoires and drawers in each bedroom for clothes storage, and chairs and sandcastle-making equipment to take to the beach. We never ran out of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. The host was wonderful and responded quickly to any questions we had. And the proximity to the beach can't be beat! We feel like we've found our forever-rental at Folly Beach: I've already booked for next year.

Lovely beach house

Beach Bungalow with Spectacular Views

Overall, this classic beach house worked out well and was a good value in Folly Beach. It met our family’s needs and was walkable to town for our young adult kids. The covered porch and front deck with easy walk out to the beach offered beautiful views and ocean peace. The house needs a few “handy man” things (eg. cabinets that won’t close, middle knob on grill inoperable, etc) and kitchen items (eg. colander, silicone spatula, working can opener, etc) but there are also great features like the well lit entryway, solar lights along pathways, and ample beach chairs. Overall, we had a positive experience and would consider renting again.

Quaint and cozy home

If you want to be directly on the beach, then this is a great home. It was very comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. We rented a golf cart and explored the entirety of this beautiful community. It was a great way to end the summer!

Family Reunion

This is a wonderful family home right on Folly Beach. There is a wonderful huge covered porch on the beach side of the property perfect for those of us that burn easily but still want to see and hear the beach and ocean. The four bedrooms were nice sized with comfortable beds. The two bathrooms were great, with a jack n Jill bathroom between two of the bedrooms. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Sandi was close by and very nice and attentive. thank you for letting us enjoy your place. We loved it.

Perfect Getaway

It may not be the largest property beachfront, but it has all the room and everything you need to have an amazing vacation- our family always hates to leave. It’s so amazing to stay beachfront and be able to walk in and off the beach with ease. Great year round neighbors and beautiful views. Takes 5mins or less (including parking) to get to folly center and enjoy some of the most amazing food! Thank you Sandi! We have memories upon memories and more to come!

Family week

Nice small beach cottage. The basics worked well (AC/bathrooms), on the beach, lovely back porch. Could use upgrades on the sheets and kitchen stuff if you are picky about such things. I'm not.

A "true beach house"!

We thoroughly enjoyed this authentic beach house! It is as advertised. Not a large house but fit 8 very nicely. Kitchen is a decent size and well equipped. Watching dolphins play and Pelicans dive from the large porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening wind down. I grew up on the North Atlantic beaches and loved the old wood floors etc..When going to the main st. area for shopping and restaurants we often walked the beach (about 15 min.). We love Taco Boy restaurant and the crab shack. Sandi was great to work with and always answered any questions quickly. THANK YOU!

Vintage Beach Vibes

This place brought us back in time with it's vintage charm. We went with several friends and it had a bedroom for each of us.It had a fun layout, clawfoot tub, right on the beach, quiet area and walking distance from restaurants and stores. Then kitchen was fully stocked and everything was very clean. The owner was extremely easy to text and was responsive. We will absolutely stay here again.

Cozy Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this cozy little beach cottage. It was exactly what we needed right on the beach for easy access back-and- forth throughout the day. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook family meals, plus beach chairs and towels. We never needed to leave the house. However, it’s a great location to the restaurants and shops in Folly Beach. Sandi is a wonderful host who was always prompt with her responses to any questions that I had. The only downside of the vacation with that it didn’t last longer.

Spring Visit

We had a wonderful time! The house was just what we needed and proximity to beach and shops can't be beat! The kids toys and games were nice to have and enjoyed finding shark teeth on the beach.
