Private suite located on the garden side of our home

Trailside Villa Suite is located in an upscale area in our City of Duncan BC Canada. Our suite is private , with a key lock entry. You will not share the space with anyone else. We have approx 400 sq. Ft. of living space for the unit. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed and also a double sofa bed in the sitting room. The quests are happy with the 4 piece bathroom , as some like to soak in the tub at the end of a big day. The little kitchen area has all the essentials for a microwave meal, coffee, tea, toast etc. The suite is on the garden side of our home where you will enjoy our pond , bushes and flowers as well as your private outside deck which is very peaceful . We are close to the hospital, grocery stores, laundry mat, restaurants and pubs. Duncan is situated between Victoria BC and Nanaimo BC , and is therefore a perfect destination for all your day trips and sight seeing adventures. Have fun touring Vancouver Island.

A wonderful stay in a quiet neighbourhood. The suite was quiet, very clean, many options to use dishes on location. Host was responsive and pleasant to work with. Many amenities provided such as robe and slippers, guest Netflix and wifi.

The place is immaculate. The garden is beautiful and our Host was super responsive and has thought of everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.Location is nice and quiet and there's ample parking.

This accommodation met all expectations. It was clean, cozy, and quiet. French doors separated the bedroom from the living room, so it allowed in disturbed sleep. There was several choices of bedding to meet different people’s needs. The outdoor area included a separate deck to enjoy the beautiful gardens. Berta was available for any questions. Her recommendations help us to enjoy the area.

Berta’s guest suite was absolutely adorable and charming! My wife and I loved the garden and yard space to unwind in the evenings and the bed and bathroom were clean and well stocked with anything we might need. There is a small kitchenette in the listing and upon arrival we noticed it was fully stocked with many dishes and utensils. There is a toaster, kettle, microwave, and coffee maker. The only thing we didn’t notice until we arrived is there is no sink in the kitchen. There is a small wash basin and a few dish supplies under the bathroom counter but we found ourselves washing dishes in the bathroom sink as it seemed the easiest. Amazing spot if you are planning to eat out or bring in takeout. We would definitely come back.

Clean, quiet and well appointed. We loved sitting on our little deck in the garden having coffee in the morning and a glass of wine to unwind at the end of the day. It was perfect and we will be back!
