There are 15 bedrooms total, each with their own bathroom, 2 King beds, 10 Queen Bedrooms, 1 bedroom with two full beds, one with 2 sets of bunk beds.

Some of these include large-capacity refrigerator/freezer with built-in filtered ice and water dispenser, ultra-quiet dishwasher with hidden controls, convection oven with 4 stovetop burners and a warming burner, and a built-in large-capacity microwave oven with sensor cooking. Also featured are high-end kitchen cabinets with stainless steel hardware, a spacious kitchen island and elegant granite countertops. The cabinets are loaded with plenty of dinnerware, flatware, and glassware for all ages and all the conveniences of a well-stocked kitchen.
It's easy to stay connected with an assortment of built-in charging ports for your devices and free WiFi internet. If you care to pack light, feel free to clean up with the brand new stainless steel washer and dryer.

Large oasis with private screened oversized heatable pool. No rear neighbors and even a water view. You could spend your entire vacation out here if the rest of the home's executive features were not so inviting.

Parking: Please be aware there is no street parking in the community.
To avoid possible towing please park in your drive way or marked parking spaces near your home.
Also, please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles and boats shall be parked in enclosed garage at all time. It is not permitted to park these type of vehicles within the community and will be towed at owner's expense.
