Country nights & city lights

The space:
A stand alone, recently renovated two bedroom , two storey cottage with secure undercover 2 car garage located approx 30 metres from our main home on a private 5 acre allotment.

One large open plan living area.

The modern kitchen has all the essentials including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and full oven & cooktop.

There is also a gas bbq located on the veranda that you are welcome to use while you enjoy the views.

The bathroom includes bath, shower and toilet and is located with ensuite access off the main bedroom.

The 2nd & 3rd queen beds are located upstairs. We recommend this area for older children or fit and able adults (not small children or elderly people as the stairs are really steep)

The main downstairs living area can also be used for additional guests (or kids) with 2 x sofa lounge's upon request.

If you are lucky you may be greeted by our very friendly Golden Retriever Polly! She loves to chase a stick & loves a pat! We also have a shy Burmese cat Bouncer who often suns himself on the steps of the house.

We can also accommodate your very little people!

- porta cot
- baby bath
- some kids toys and games

The house has two televisions, one in the main living area and one in the master bedroom.

We have a fire pit setup in the fairy garden above the cottage - if you would like to use this please let us know so i can provide firewood and fire lighters for your stay!

You're comfort is assured all year round with a large split system in the living area for both heating and cooling plus a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. The upstairs mezzanine bedrooms also have their own brand new reverse cycle spilt system.

Laundry available with washing machine and external clothesline.
