Only a few miles from Bethany Beach this beautifully decorated third floor unit offers 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths and is nestled within unspoiled land and gently lapping inland waterways ---just the perfect place to relax, refresh and re-energize! Some amenities include central air conditioning; full kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, 4 TVS with Roku and apps for renters to login to their streaming service accounts including Netflix and Disney, 2 DVD/Blu-ray players, WiFi, screened porch with views of ponds and bay and deck. Family friendly with Pack and play (for young toddler), games and puzzles, Xbox 1-S with assorted games, sports equipment including Paddle ball for beach, pickleball paddles and balls, tennis rackets and balls, volleyball, basketball with pump and needle. The community includes beautiful 9 hole par 3 golf course, pool and pool-side spa, tennis court and kiddie pool! Pet Friendly with $200 pet fee

Nice Amenities
Nice property. However, the unit itself had its maintenance issues. Hopefully , it will be fixed for the next group. We had a great time . The unit is close to the pool and outdoor activities like basketball. Nice walking sidewalk around the property. If you canoe, there is a place to enter the water. This unit does have a water view. ( in the distance) o
