HOUSE RULES * Check-in: After 3:00 pm * Checkout: 10:00 am * No smoking * No parties or events * No pets allowed *Children/Infants allowed
ADDITIONAL RULES: *As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*To comply with local regulations, all guests are kindly asked to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyone’s security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.
*This is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is SIX people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to THREE people. No more than a maximum of NINE people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This apartment is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering out the front of the building or in the common areas. Please respect our home and neighbours. We ask for minimal noise in the common areas, especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions - Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away. - This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests. - Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates. - Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW: * This property is suitable for babies or children and we provide a high chair and a cot, however, we do not provide linen. You're welcome to bring your own!
*There are 2 parking spaces in the garage underneath the home.
*Please note, there are 3 flights of stairs/24 stairs on the outside of the building to get to the apartment. Once you have gotten the garage buzzer, you can use the garage and elevator to enter/exit the property.
* Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!

Short stay at the Amelie
Our short holiday stay at Amelie House was a delightful escape. The stunning view of Terrigal and the ocean added a magical touch to our experience. The unit itself was very clean, cosy, and just the right fit for my family. Recommend to others and would definitely stay there again.

Great stay at this property. As listed. Furniture a bit old, damaged and stained, towels are thin and stained too. Needs replacing. Great views. Nice central location. Has what you need for a short stay. And very happy it is pet friendly. would recommend.
