Si l'intimitĂ© et le charme sont ce que vous recherchez, le Hobbit House est fait pour vous! NichĂ© dans une rue rĂ©sidentielle calme, il est Ă  seulement un mile du Grand Ole Opry, du complexe et centre de conventions Opryland, du centre commercial Opry Mills, des films, des restaurants, des promenades en bateau General Jackson et des fabuleux sentiers de marche / vĂ©lo. À seulement 10 minutes du centre-ville et Ă  15 minutes de l'aĂ©roport. Notre maison confortable a une VUE IMPRENABLE sur la riviĂšre Cumberland, des salles de bains attenantes, une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 81 cm et le Wifi / cĂąble. Il a de beaux boiseries dans tout le corps principal de la maison et des planchers de bois franc. Convient pour 4 adultes. Nous avons une cuisine bien garnie et fournissons de beaux draps et l'essentiel comme du shampoing et du savon. Cette maison est situĂ©e dans une rue oĂč des Ă©missions de tĂ©lĂ©vision sont tournĂ©es pour donner l'impression que le dĂ©cor est Ă  la campagne. C'Ă©tait notre maison pendant plusieurs annĂ©es et nos amis l'ont baptisĂ©e Hobbit House. Les circonstances nous ont obligĂ©s Ă  dĂ©mĂ©nager dans une maison plus grande Ă  seulement 4 portes, mais nous avons trop aimĂ© cette maison pour la vendre, et Richard entretient toujours son jardin biologique ici. Venez Ă  Nashville et profitez des attractions, puis rentrez chez vous pour vous dĂ©tendre et regarder les oiseaux, la faune et les bateaux passer. Comme l’a dit un de nos heureux invitĂ©s, «c’est comme ĂȘtre Ă  la fois Ă  la campagne et Ă  la ville». Permis RSTR # 2016030672.

Everything was clean and ready. We felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The home is very well stocked with things you didn’t even know you’d need. The view is incredible and the bird feeder was always busy. Downtown Nashville was just a short drive away, and there was plenty to do near the home as well. The host were easy to reach and even came and filled the bird feeder when it was out. Wonderful place. Would stay again.

This property was absolutely wonderful, very clean, great views, very comfortable bed. It is about a 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!!

It was in a good location. We did a lot of Uber rides. Beds were super comfortable. Table chairs and couch cushions need replaced, nit comfortable. I would be nice to have comfortable seating outside ans a umbrella on the large deck. We did enjoy our stay, all necessities were there. Host was very sweet.

Perfect location to explore Nashville. Loved the deck overlooking Cumberland River. Cottage was exactly as photos portrayed. Interior was clean and tidy. Owner had homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting for us upon arrival. Would definitely go back.

Perfect in every way. We absolutely LOVED our stay here. It was so hard to leave! Sherry and Richard are excellent hosts. So many wonderful thoughtful details. Morning coffee and bird watching on the deck was a favorite part of our trip to Nashville. Sleeping in the super comfy bed was another favorite part of our trip! And the location is awesome. Close to downtown, but there is also so much to do within a few miles of the cottage. Some of the BEST music we enjoyed was at the clubs just a few miles away. If we make it back to Nashville, we sure hope this very charming river cottage will be available for another stay!

This is the perfect place to relax after a busy day of enjoying Nashville. It’s close to the Opry, airport and to major roads to get places. The home is cozy with a wonderful deck overlooking the river. The hosts have thoughtfully furnished the home with just about anything you might need.

Charming Cottage Excellent Location

Richard and Sherry were wonderful to work with! Communication was excellent. The cottage is very charming and peaceful with a great view of the river and birds. The location is terrific! Near the Grand Ole Opry and easy access to the freeway to visit all Nashville areas. We had an awesome stay.

Amazing rental!

My Dad, sister and I met in Nashville for a mini family reunion and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. First of all, Sherry and Richard are wonderful, thoughtful hosts. We were fortunate to meet them and they could not have been nicer, and the touches that they added like having coffee and cookies available was extra special. The location is fantastic, in a beautiful and quiet setting but close to stores, restaurants and a 15-20 minute drive downtown. This is advertised as two bedrooms, but also has a separate room with twin bunk beds. The two bathrooms are within the other two rooms, so there is not a communal bathroom which could maybe be a small issue depending on who you are traveling with (you have to go into someone's room to use a bathroom, even in the middle of the night) but it didn't bother us at all. I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone.
