Condo neuf, superbe vue élevé de Guadalupe River et plage de la rivière de 400 pieds

Ce magnifique condo a une grande terrasse (avec bar) surplombant la rivière Guadalupe. Il est 'élevée' avec un parking en dessous et escaliers. Nous jouissons d'une «falaise de 400 à travers le fleuve où les chèvres sauvages peuvent être vus matin et soir ainsi que des cerfs, des dindes sauvages et une vie variété d'oiseaux.

Le condo est une nouvelle construction avec des comptoirs en granit, carrelage, cuisine complète (réf., Micro-ondes, cuisinière w / table de cuisson, cafetière, mixeur, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, etc.), laveuse et sécheuse, barbecue en bas.

Les draps sont fournis. Serviettes, gants de toilette ne sont pas fournis.

Deux chambres ont des lits queen, une chambre a plus de reine reine lits superposés.
Le salon dispose d'un grand canapé en coupe. Télévision (satellite) sont dans le salon et la chambre principale.

Loved our stay

We had a great stay at the river house! The place was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive throughout. Highly recommend!

Bachelor Party Weekend!

We had a wonderful stay with a group of 5 long time friends, being waterfront was a huge plus along with being right next to the road down to the river! The place was super clean, Amanda the host was very kind and I’ll definitely be back with friends or family!

Great place on the river!

We booked this spot for a weekend river trip and we had the best time! The house was clean and cozy and we had an access ramp that went straight to the river. The host was very friendly and communicated with me promptly about our stay. Definitely recommend for your river trip get away!

Great Location

My wife and I brought the kids down for a last min vacation. Amanda the owner was incredibly helpful and responsive. Property was fully stocked and super clean and well taken care of. The house has a incredible view and a huge beach it’s shared with other houses however plenty of room to spread out and not be on top of anyone. It’s next door to Caps for easy access to transport to go upriver to tube. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back our kids loved everything about the trip! Thanks Amanda for having us!

This house was absolute perfect for our family trip to the Guadalupe! The house was right next to the gravel area on the water with beautiful views of the river. The host was extremely responsive! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Location and Perfect House!!

My friends and I loved this house and how clean it was. The ability to be so close to the river made the house even better. Amanda was a perfect host making sure to accommodate my need. Would give this place more stars if I could and I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking to be close to the river and want an excellent experience.

Perfect location, no need to drive anywhere once you get there, walk to tube rental, everything we needed to have a great time. Owner was responsive to my texts. Will book again next year cabin #5 perfect location.

Absolutely Amazing Stay on the River!

Best experience with a weekend rental so far! Book it. You'll love it. The host was phenomenal and very accommodating. She went above and beyond for our little group. I got speedy responses to all of my questions and the contract signing and check-in/out were a breeze. The property is gated, very-well maintained and in a gorgeous location. Relatively easy to locate and it was a nice drive along the river. River Rd. was right on the edge of town so the drives to grocery stores and entertainment were quick. This particular unit was in the corner of the property and right next to the river ramp. The house is nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. The third restroom downstairs has a shower so it's perfect if you need to rinse off from the river. Cell signal was spotty but the wifi was speedy and we were able to stream movies without any interruption. Our group spent some time down by the river, grilled a meal, cooked breakfast and left for Schlitterbahn. It was perfect for our needs.

Nice place but far from the Comal

Charged “cleaning fee” and I’m not sure why. I found a crusty steak knife in one of the kitchen drawers, a few dishes in the dishwasher and my feet were black on the bottom after walking around barefoot. Have to strip the sheets, throw the trash and wash and put away all dishes used is excessive. I agree with the dishes. I do not agree with have to strip the bedding or throwing all trash at the dumpsters. The good thing was that this was one of the best equipped kitchens and plenty of outdoor seating while you grill. One more negative was the water pressure in the hall bathroom- there is NONE. We will visit New Brunsfeld again. We will find a place closer to the comal river as the Guadalupe does not have enough water for a seamless float. If the river isn’t your prime reason for going then this place is great. I would challenge the cleaning fee however.

Perfect Tubing location

This was the perfect house to rent if you would like to tube the river and not drive anywhere. Walking distance to the tube shoot. Clean and convenient property, with wonderful hospitality from Amanda. We will be staying here again in the future.

Perfect location

Excellent house location. Right next to caps crossing which is a tube rental place so no need for driving. The house will comfortable sleep 8 people. Was stocked well and very clean. The manager Amanda was very easy to contact. The back room has bunk beds which is not a problem but if you sleep up top you prolly don't want to use the ceiling fan which it then can get hot at night so consider bringing a fan if y'all will be using that room. Otherwise amazing place will come back for sure!

Beautiful cozy home, great riverside view, excellent communication from owner

My partner and I were looking for a relaxing weekend get away for his birthday with his parents and best friends. The six of us had a great time this past weekend at this property. Despite a little rainy weather, we had easy access to float the river and had a hilarious time navigating some of the rocks. The home was clean and well organized. We had an small incident with the toilet handle breaking in the second bathroom. I notified the owner and made a quick trip to the hardware store to replace the broken handle. Amanda, the owner compensated me for the replacement and added an extra amount for my time. I really appreciated that she did that. Even though we only spoke via email or text, Amanda was always friendly and timely in her communication and answered all of my questions. At the end of the day, sitting outside on the porch, or inside if you needed a break from the outdoors, was comfortable and inviting. We definitely had a great weekend thanks to Amanda this riverside property. Thank you!

Worth the money to be on the river

Nice new property, Beds comfortable, Covered parking, Modern kitchen with all the stuff you will need. Walk right next door to Caps and rent tubes and they will pick you up 2 hrs (4 if you want) down river and bring you back. Yes everything is just like normal. They owner is helpful and easy to work with. There is a nice stray cat outside. Kids loved the cat. The cat likes milk.

Perfect Stay

This was the perfect place for a river floating trip! Amanda was wonderful with immediate answers to questions. The place so close to tube renting and the river; very convenient. We are looking at booking this place again next year.
