Rockin' P Haus; Beautiful hilltop home near the Guadalupe River and Canyon Lake

Rockin' P Haus is a new construction (2023) 3 bedroom, 1 bunk room, and 4 bath, custom home that is just over 2000 sq. feet. It is located at the top of a mountain near the Guadalupe River with magnificent views of the Texas hill country. With four bedrooms and large common areas, this custom home will comfortably accommodate 9 guests. It is in close proximity to all your favorite hill country destinations; only a half a mile to the Guadalupe River 4th Crossing on River Road and minutes to the other float in areas such as the "Horseshoe". The home is a quick 10-minute drive to the Canyon Lake dam for boating and lake fun (and extra parking for a boat is available next to the house.)
There is also plenty of local entertainment and live music close by, including Whitewater Amphitheater (which is only 3 miles away) and River Road Icehouse among many others. You are also just a short drive to New Braunfels and Gruene where you can enjoy shopping, Schlitterbahn Water Park, the Comal River and local festivals like Wurstfest and the famous Gruene Hall. Local wineries, dining and live music are also plentiful!
This Haus is only 35 miles from San Antonio; home of The Alamo, Six Flags and Riverwalk for great family day trips. Other great day trips include Fredericksburg, where you can explore the National Museum of the Pacific War, famous shopping and winery tours or the Texas state capital of Austin to visit the capital building, enjoy fine dining, museums and many music venues as well. These both sit about an hour away from the Haus. Wimberley is a short 25-minute drive where you can enjoy Wimberley Market Days, dining at the Shady Llama and shopping. Texas State University sits 40 minutes away. For golf enthusiasts, there are courses located in Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, Seguin, and San Marcos.
If you’re looking to relax, you can stay put and enjoy the wildlife and an amazing sunset on the covered patio, complete with a built-in outdoor grill and wine fridge. Either way, we hope you have a Rockin' P good time during your stay!

For renters information: our property has two outdoor security camera's for the sole purpose of security. Rockin' P Haus has a camera on the front left of the house to record the driveway, the back left of the house to monitor the side and a Ring Doorbell located at the front door. No cameras invade guests’ privacy.
