The location was more remote than I expected but it was great! There was a family of raccoons in the huge oak tree right outside the boathouse that kept us entertained.

Absolutely perfect spot for easy access to Tybee & Savannah. Charming, quiet, private, spotlessly clean, smelled great, well-equipped, and excellent communication with kind hosts. Bed was comfy, AC was cold, wifi strong, and it made for great spot to relax and unplug. I should have booked a longer stay!!

We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back. Communication was terrific and very accommodating despite our late night arrival. The house and property were stunning. Location made it an easy go between for Savannah and Tybee beach.

Our stay at the BoatHouse was absolutely incredible! The home is tucked away in a peaceful, quiet location, making it the perfect place to relax while still being ideally situated between Tybee Island and Savannah.The BoatHouse was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more convenient.One of our favorite parts was spending the mornings on the dock watching the sunrise. It was the perfect way to start each day.Brian and Patsi were wonderful hosts and were only a call/text away if we needed anything. Their hospitality and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless.Thank you, Brian and Patsi, for providing such a perfect place to stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend the BoatHouse to anyone visiting the area!

We found the boathouse a perfect place to get away for a few days to relax and enjoy the Savannah area. We highly recommend the Bread and Butter restaurant, a short distance away. The owners of the Boathouse provided for all of our needs, and the place was very clean. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Brian and Patsi’s place. The Boathouse was perfect for my stay during my business trip. It was very quiet around the property. The place was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. Brian was always very responsive if I had any questions. I will definitely stay again!! Thanks Brian and Patsi!!

My new home away from home!I didn’t want to leave! Peaceful and comfortable. Very private and quiet. The owners communicated every step of the way! Shower was great. Beautiful bed with excellent mattress. Slept solid. Great views from the dock. Wear your flip flops!! Early morning coffee on the dock makes me happy!Worth every penny!

The location was perfect for visiting Savannah. It is well kept and the decor and theme made for an enjoyable stay. It was very private and felt like a home away from home. We met Brian and he showed us the dock and made us feel like family. This spot is a hidden gem and a great spot to celebrate an anniversary. We loved our stay! Thank you Brian and Patsy!

Relaxing retreat in a beautiful setting! We didn’t do a lot of cooking (too many fun eateries to try) but always made breakfast (wonderful supply of spices available:). Bedroom suite so charming with a balcony deck to listen to the birds in the morning and enjoy a coffee. So many beautiful decorations added to the charm
