Une maison parfaite pour un couple de voyageurs, cette retraite de luxe a une disposition unique avec des zones de sièges à la fois à l'étage et en bas. Les murs alternés en brique apparente et panneaux en bois gris donnent une touche rustique à la décoration industrielle.

Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable et relaxant. Le premier étage a un grand canapé et une télévision, une table à manger pour quatre, et un demi-bain caché sous l'escalier. La cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable, de belles armoires sombres, et un bar de petit déjeuner pour les rêveries du matin.

L'étage est une suite de maître spacieuse avec un lit king size et un coin salon. Le balcon de la chambre est parfait pour attraper un coucher de soleil, prendre une tasse de café ou lire un livre. La salle de bain a une douche ouverte avec des sièges intégrés et une grande vanité avec beaucoup de place pour se préparer pour une soirée sur la ville.

Vous serez juste une marche rapide de Mme. Wilkes Dining House sur Jones Street, où vous trouverez une des meilleures cuisines du sud de la ville. Faites une promenade matinale à travers le parc Forsyth pour regarder les gens tout en prenant un café au Sentient Bean, et n'oubliez pas de vérifier leurs événements à venir pour la musique live et les représentations théâtrales!

Spring time get away to Savannah

The property has nice courtyard with table and chairs perfect for morning coffee or sitting outside late afternoon to enjoy a glass of wine. There is also a balcony off of the upstairs bedroom which is nice.

Very comfortable bed although the pillows were way too big for us; a couple of smaller ones would have made a huge difference to us. The refrigerator wasn’t working but there were two smaller ones against a wall. This must have been a temporary problem but it would have been nice to hear about it ahead of time. Other than those two issues we loved our stay and would definitely return and recommend it to others.

We were there for a long weekend. The location is great, check in is easy, any questions we had about check-in or issues with the property were answered/taken care of quickly.The 2 AC units did a great job of keeping the place cool. The bathrooms were nice. Really enjoyed the "rain-head" shower upstairs.Very nice aesthetic with the exposed beams, concrete, brick and metal doors downstairs. Only issue is the main fridge doesn't work. The host supplied 2 mini-fridges in the kitchen. But they don't supply ice....in Savannah. Looks like the issue has been ongoing for a few weeks per the last few reviews. Other than that, we had a great stay!

The property was in the perfect location and was just as shown in the pictures and the courtyard and balcony were great perks and the bedroom suite was amazing. The only downside was that the fridge was not working and they placed some little mini fridges in the kitchen for us and it was hard to all our food in them and we had no ice, however the communication was fantastic. We had to message in the evening because the air unit was not working and they immediately came out and fixed it and gave us ice trays to make ice. I would recommend the place and give it an excellent review despite these things.

It was our first time visiting Savannah and it was recommended to stay downtown, close to everything. The location of this property was decent to be able to walk around town. It’s a cute space.

Downtown Savannah

We didn’t get an opportunity to stay in the property because of some challenges my husband was having. The property is located perfectly, most cost effective parking was there using meter. Everywhere else was 48-50. The hosts were very accommodating and sensitive to our concerns and we appreciated that.

Spring Getaway

Charming carriage house in convient location to walk/visit Savannah sites. Check in was a bit challenging at night due to poor entry way to the house with unven brick and stepping stone lined walkway. Once settled everything was perfect with modern appliances/updates in historic house.

Very Nice... We would stay again.

The property is very nice. Conveniently located by Forsyth Park. We walked everywhere. It is conveniently located in an ideal spot for the activities we planned. The comment others have made about the bathroom doors is correct. They need a handle on the inside. There is basically no privacy on the main floor bathroom though (sliding door that hangs open), so know that before going.

Comfortable, close to Forsyth Park

Less than a block from Forsyth, Dot (free city bus) stop literally a few steps from the door. Rental has two full bathrooms, comfy couch with cable TV and full kitchen. Only downsides are poor lighting from outer gate to front door (cellphone flashlight was helpful) and limited cookware available in kitchen (no frying pan).

Lovely hidden gem!

This place exceeded our expectations! I loved how quiet and intimate it was! It felt like we were walking through a secret garden each time we came back or left. We would absolutely reserve this place again! It is conveniently located to everything! The place was clean, well decorated, and had modern amenities while still embracing the historical charm! The only critique I would give is the need for a washer and dryer, that would have made it perfect! We'll definitely be back!!
