Perfect mountain retreat

Donlen Cottage is so beautiful with amazing views and a wonderful garden to stroll through and contemplate the vista. It was warm and cosy and very well equipped, also immaculately clean. We enjoyed playing some of the many games provided. We hope to stay there again and definitely recommend this great cottage.

Peaceful Retreat with Stunning Views and Spacious Comfort

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Nestled in a quiet location, it offered the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle. The views were absolutely stunning and made every moment feel serene. The house itself was beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable stay. The spacious layout gave us plenty of room to relax, and the gorgeous garden added a touch of natural beauty to the experience. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

Tranquil Retreat with Fabulous Views

Fabulous comfortable and warm home away from home. We loved the fully equiped kitchen, wonderful views and gardens. Not far to Wentworth village. Property description and distances were as described. Loved the information folder for walking tracks and things to do, a great reference. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Will definitely be coming back to stay at Donlen Cottage. The view was amazing and constantly changing with the weather and the light. Looked over Mt Solitary & the Ruined Castle. We could even see the 3 Sister's through a gap in the trees! At night we could look out the other big window and see the lights of Sydney! The gas fire was lovely and kept us warm. Central heating for a back up just before bed was handy too. The house was very clean and homely and styled nicely. Comfy couch. Well equipped and good size kitchen. The garden paths to walk around were nice and you could see the effort they have made to make it an attractive peaceful place. You didn't even need to hike to a lookout because you had your own from the house or the lovely seats in the back garden. We didn't use the outdoor table setting, BBQ or bar table seats never it was cold, but they would be lovely to sit at during summer.
