Comfort can be quite personal, and everyone has their own preference when it comes to mattress firmness. So far, most of our guests have been happy with these mattresses, but we do recognise that preferences can vary. The hot water system has a panel controller, and simply switching it back on should restore the hot water supply. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.
