2007 Boardwalk (also known as Six on the Boardwalk Central) invites you to relax and soak in the oceanfront views from your spacious private balcony overlooking Ocean City’s world-famous boardwalk. This 3-bedroom, 2-full bath property offers unbeatable access to the beach and is just steps away from top dining, nightlife, and the family-friendly fun the boardwalk is known for—not to mention those unforgettable sunrises. With central A/C, sleeping space for 8, two TVs with basic cable, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and parking for two vehicles, this home provides everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Direct boardwalk access from the balcony makes beach days a breeze. No smoking and no pets, please.

Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Great Week

Condo was perfect for 6 family members. Great location on the boardwalk provided access to all the boardwalk activities. Quiet at night for relaxation and listening to the ocean waves.

Great location. Nice stay. Right on beach.

Good size property. Big covered deck. 3 bedrooms one queen and other 2 had 2 twin beds each and 2 full bathrooms. Parking for 2 cars. Had plenty of kitchen stuff so convenient to make drinks, food if you wanted. It would have been better if we didn’t have to check in to the office but it was fast and easy.

Great views of the ocean, good boardwalk location

Our family (3 adults and 2 teens) stayed at this condo during the Country Calling music festival weekend and had a lovely time. The location was great, boardwalk accessible, and wonderful views of the ocean. Loved the private patio on the second floor - far enough from the throng for privacy but could "people watch". We had almost no complaints about this property - 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 4 twins) and 2 full baths. The check in procedure was easy, but i knocked off a star because the codes to get in the building and front door could have been communicated via phone call or email instead of needing to drive a few blocks to the office. Communication with the rental staff was very good, they called me a lot to make sure i had the right information. The only real complaint we had was that it is a bit of a pain to have to bring all the linens, paper products, etc. I knew this ahead of time and we were perfectly prepared, but it just takes up a lot of space in the car. The decor was on the dated side, but all the appliances worked perfectly. Plenty of space in the common area for all 5 of us. Note that there is no elevator and you need to carry your bags etc up about 3 sets of stairs. All in all it was a great place to call home for the weekend and that ocean front view was really amazing.
