The provided accoutrements were the best we have experienced at a Vrbo. This home was in perfect condition with everything we would need to feel like we were visiting friends.

Great Stay!

This location was wonderful! A welcome basket with an informational binder and some goodies wowed us from the start. Well decorated, plenty of space, and well equipped. Very clean as well! Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for a great stay!

It appeared to be as far as I could tell, but to be honest we were there to spend Christmas with my daughter’s family so we did not use the kitchen as we ate all of our meals at our daughter’s home.

2025 Junior Disc Golf World Championship

This was a perfect location, size and rental for any disc golfer that may be traveling to Emporia. It is right in between Jones Park and Champions Landing in a quiet neighborhood with a large backyard. The house is very updated with all the necessary amenities.

Cute, comfortable, great location!

We stayed here for Unbound Gravel and it was perfect. It's located near the golf course in a great neighborhood - very convenient for a short ride or drive to downtown, and also out of the chaos of race festivities. The house itself is really clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a group. We had everything we needed. The hosts were great and very communicative!

Family Thanksgiving

Comfortable and roomy- great for our family: aged 5-70. Large backyard for kids to play. Exactly as described by owners. Kitchen well equipped. Will definitely stay again when visiting our family. Thank you so much.

Top Notch

We will definitely stay here again in the future! Very nice, spacious and clean. The set up was perfect for our group. I reached out to the host before hand inquiring having a group over to watch the Super Bowl and they fine with the idea. Made us feel comfortable. Nothing lacked for our stay! I would recommend a stay here!

Perfect space & location

We stayed here for a multi-day disc golf tournament. The location is close to Champion’s Landing, restaurants, & other Emporia points of interests. The neighborhood is great- quiet, well-kept homes, and huge backyards. The home is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked with everything you need. The downstairs suite gives this home several private living spaces. We highly recommend for families and small groups of friends visiting Emporia.

You’ll be contacted by a company called Evolve. Our contact, Jason, was friendly and quick to reply. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and when we needed one item, he brought a brand-new one within 30 minutes. The listing doesn’t give the bedroom/bath layout (we would’ve arranged people differently). The basement has the bedroom with the 2 beds. It also has the 3/4 bath, TV room, and game table. The main level has the tub/shower bath, 3 other bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room.Backyard view was relaxing—perfect for morning coffee at the picnic table, with access from upstairs and the basement. There’s a charcoal grill, plenty of spices, Keurig & drip coffee makers, XL Instant Pot, baking dishes, small & large crockpots, and many serving dishes. No filtered fridge water, but good-tasting tap water, ice maker, and a treat basket with bottled water. Walmart is 10 min away.Only drawback: several upstairs doors stuck and squeaky floors made night noise. Overall A….would rent again!

Very clean which I really value over almost anything else. Big yard. Kitchen is very small but very well stocked. Plenty of towels and blankets and other essentials. We enjoyed ourselves! There are two walk-in showers (one in each bathroom) so very accessible.
