We were visiting nearby family for a mini reunion of 4 siblings aged 72-89. This property was perfect with private comfortable bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an open living room/dining room/kitchen.

The house and amenities were all wonderful, and had a great time in Emporia for the ESU family weekend. The only minor issue was the traffic noise as the back of the property is next to I-35. Will definitely consider staying here again with a large group!

Our host responded quickly to messages. The property was clean. It was easily accessible. There were plenty of resteraunts nearby. There were games and outdoor disc golf that the kids enjoyed. It was a great place to stay while we were away from home. We would stay again.

A great place to stay while in Emporia as well as surrounding area. We stayed for two days for the 20th anniversary of the Symphony in the Flint Hills, and couldn't have had a better place to stay. The house was well-equipped, comfortable, accessible and clean. Thank you!

Great place to stay.

Wonderful place to stay. We had a great time and we’re there to celebrate an ESU graduation. Well stocked and plenty of room for 8 adults. Property manager was easy to work with and responsive to my questions. Would stay again.

Great weekend getaway!

Great home that was very clean, comfortable beds and good supplies in kitchen. Easy access and space for gathering for team event or family for sure! Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Wonderful place to stay

Very close to campus on a very quiet street. The house was very clean and comfortable. It had a large room for gathering and all fixtures, appliances, etc worked well. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

Graduation home base

This was the perfect place for 3 generations to come together for graduation. It was central to the university, food and shopping. It was just as advertised with everything we needed. The towels are fluffy, the beds are comfortable and the artwork was delightful. Highly recommend for any stay in Emporia.

We came to Emporia for Unbound Gravel and found both the home and owner to be fantastic.The location was ideal to all the happenings of Unbound - less than 1 mile to the start/finish/expo. Very easy access for us to get around to the events by our bikes. We couldn't have asked for a better location.The home was clean and well stoked.The owner was great - very responsive to messages and open to conversation. And he went well above and beyond even after our stay. I missed out on grabbing a post-event poster, and the owner was kind enough to go to the local bike shop, pick one up, and ship it to me 1 week after the event. You can't beat that level of service!
