The house was in a great location, only a few blocks from Main Street yet far enough away to be super quiet. Nicely decorated with every item one may need provided. The hot tub was super nice to have after hiking all day and an enclosed garage was a great feature as well. We only used two of the bedrooms but the house is large enough to sleep 8. Our hosts were attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time in Moab!

This was a wonderful rental and the perfect location for access to downtown Moab as well as getting to Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse Point and Utahraptor parks. It was easy to access from both Hwy 191 (the main street through Moab) and from N 500 West. The unit itself was wonderful with plenty of room and was nicely appointed. It was such a relaxing place to come to after driving around and hiking in the parks. If I were coming back to Moab, I would definitely choose this rental again!

The location was spectacular, being able to walk to downtown shops and restaurants was one of our favorite parts. The home was spacious and well laid out for a larger group.

Laundry facilities were fantastic, good industrial style machines. Hot tub was in good condition and we used it nightly after our hikes. Great location too, close to main street (short drive) but could walk in warmer months.

Beautiful and a lot an extras. I had an injury and was doing a lot of resting. Everyplace was a good place in 419. So glad to have the time to getter better. Much better when we left today. It’s near everything and Moab is a great town. Staff was right there if I needed Only needed them once tv and I think Sarah was there before the phone hung up. My dog was so happy to have a beautiful fenced in yard. Thank you so much.

I appreciated the miscellaneous kitchen stuff- spices, zip locks, dish soap, etc... This was our second stay at this house and what sets it apart for us is its location and the private hot tub. We will likely be back for our next trip.

Lovely Place to Stay

The house was so clean, cozy, quiet. The property management staff was friendly and checked in to make sure all was okay. A lovely place to stay and very close to shops and restaurants. Great fenced yard for a dog too.
