Super convenient, and more than we expected!

The check-in was beyond easy, and everything about the place was more than we expected. The little things, like extra blankets and kitchen necessities, were great! Communication with the owner was incredibly fast and professional. The location was great for what we needed to get to, and there were many amenities nearby for food options too.

Perfect for our family!!

We were visiting with our 4. 18-25 year old kids for a family wedding. Home was perfect size for us, very comfortable and in a great area. Walkable corner store and areas to walk in nature nearby. If ever in area again would definitely choose to stay here.

Wonderful place and great value

We loved our stay at Kevin's place. It's modern, in a great and convenient area, and is very conveniently configured whether you are going with a group of friends or family. Kevin was also exceptionally pleasant to communicate with throughout. Highly recommend!

Very nice home, so new which made it hard to find on GPS of older vehicle. Property is exactly as advertised and the location was quiet and peaceful. Very enjoyable.

Great stay

This was a very nice location for a short stay. Had everything we needed in the house and more. Felt like home. Lots of space to move, the rooms were great. I would definately recommend a stay at this place and I would come back for sure. We were there for Toronto Comicon, and was only 45-50 min from downtown. It was a nice drive and coming back home was a change from crazy downtown life.

Home away from home.

This house was super comfortable, we felt very welcomed the minute we walked in. The environment and family feel of the house made us feel like home. We loved the excellent amenities and the wonderful views of the natural park near the river and the girls loved the beautiful children's playground. There were lots of restaurants and shopping plazas nearby. I highly recommend it!

Great size for 6 adults. Needs a more thorough clean. Host was very responsive. There were a few broken items and again, host was very open to the feedback. Highly recommend purchasing higher quality beds.

Location was great for our needs. Lots of room for our family of 4.All the basic amenities and then some.1 parking spot in front of garage door. Spot was slightly bigger than vehicle but worked just fine.Owner was easy to communicate with. Personally for us the beds were not comfortable. Disappointed in the overall maintenance of the place.From tears in the sheets on two of the beds, window on second floor a screen was trashed and window would not lock, so glad our kids were not small, crack across window in bedroom upstairs, blind in dining room tied up with a garbage bag and entry way smelled of dog.Rental was clean just not maintained. Not what i expected from a premier rental.

This great find in North Oshawa surpassed our expectations!!! Check-in was extremely smooth and we enjoyed our stay in this spectacular new house because it included all the little things that made it feel like a home away from home. The full kitchen was great and the future park out back is just as described. The beds were very clean, comfortable, and looked just like the photos. It was convenient to stores, restaurants, and the highway within a matter of minutes. The host is super friendly and responds within minutes! They truly strive to provide exceptional hospitality. This host went above and beyond! We hope to stay here again for our next visit. We highly recommend!!!

Ok, but improvements needed.

Overall, stay was ok. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. But, we had issues.Entry keypad batteries died and had to contact owner, who answered promptly. The Inside door handle fell off, so had to navigate around that all weekend.The bathroom fan in the 2nd floor bathroom needs replacing. It caused a terrible vibration heard throughout the condo.Blackout blinds in the bedrooms would be a nice touch because the light was quite bright in the morning.

Not easy to access

Did not give the give the whole access code for entry of condo! Did not leave introductions for separation of recycle and regular garbage. Did not leave instructions for simple tv and other cable accesses. A simple note would've been helpful. By the way, there was nothing but dirt for the beautiful back yard access!
