Welcome to Assateague Inn 104 - Newly Renovated and absolutely adorable. With New Flooring and Updated Furnishings, it’s a wonderful beach getaway! Decked out in cool Coastal Grays and Crisp Whites, it’s serene and peaceful. Perfect for couples or a small family, you can have that beach getaway you’ve been longing for - all without breaking the bank!

Assateague Inn 104 has a Private Bedroom with queen size bed, and a separate living room with queen sleeper sofa. The Updated Kitchen has all you need for a quick bite before exploring Assateague National Seashore, with cookware and dishes, 2 burner stove top, mini refrigerator AND a full size refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and eating area.

You’ll love relaxing on the Community Pier with gorgeous Views, or try your hand at Crabbing and Fishing! You can also end each precious day with a dip in the seasonal Outdoor Pool, or grill some cheeseburgers in paradise in the Picnic Area complete with Charcoal Grills.

Tucked just off of Maddox Boulevard - aka the Beach Road - you can take a short stroll or bike ride to Mini Golf, Dining, and of course, Assateague National Seashore! When you're not enjoying playing on the waterfront, relax on the huge landscaped greens with plenty of Picnic Tables and Barbecue Stations to cook up the Fresh Catch of the Day.

We liked the view from our room - onto a little creek instead of a parking lot! Our grandson enjoyed exploring the dock. Stay here if you can manage without staff present. Pretty easy.

This was a great home-base as we trekked around Assateague and Chincoteague on our honeymoon. Very convenient to the Virginia side entrance to Assateague and the kitchen is perfect for breakfast and simple dinners. I was pleased to see the kitchen had everything you could need for basic cooking & there were a variety of drink glasses for both beer & wine!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. Convenient to the seashore and local restaurants and activities. Would prefer a larger bed but the mattress wasn’t bad. Nice amenities in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Great location and walking distance to many restaurants. Also just a short drive to Assateague National Seashore. Pool was very dated and worn which was not visible in listing photos.

Very nice stay.

Although the place was small, it was nice and clean.As noted in other reviews, finding the location was a bit difficult since we were a late arrival and it truly is not marked very well.Did not see any staff in the lobby when we arrived, but the cleaning stuff was very pleasant.

Great Place, Great Price!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean, close to everything yet off in a natural setting very quiet. Kitchen had everything we needed, ice machine and just really enjoyed our stay. Air/fan wouldn’t turn on and they came very quickly and fixed. Would definitely stay here again, perfect mom and daughter trip!

Another Great Stay in Chincoteague!

I have been staying at the Assateague Inn in Chincoteague for the last 7 Years! It is an annual Fall trip that I look forward to every year. This years visit did not disappoint. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and had all of the comforts of home. The bed was very comfortable, and there was even a Wine Cooler!

Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. Our condo was right in the middle of everything so it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. It was very clean. Warm nice people. We intend to go back next year Lord willing with other family members. If you want a relaxing getaway you can't beat the price and the comfort!

Our "Honeymoon" trip to the Eastern Shore

Had a wonderful time. Sorry to say I lost my watch there and could never find it, plus I left some Kerug coffee pot parts on the kitchen counter so had to purchase a new pot when I arrived home. Only issue- was another visitor with a child that "jumped" and "bumped" half the night.The maid was the best! Buy-to add-the mattress was way past replacement.

Enjoyed our stay

The only thing that was a problem was trying to find how to get to the parking lot. GPS puts you in the Village Restaurant parking lot and it’s fenced and not connected for vehicle traffic. Luckily there was someone in the Inns parking lot that guided us on how to get there. Maybe the directions should be included in the check in instructions Overall awesome

Great get-away off peak

It was a little difficult to find, but in a quiet area. Bedroom MAY be warm in summer because the AC is only in the living room/ kitchen area. The heat worked very well, but the thermostats were very inaccurate. 50F was closer to 75-80. Even my freezing wife was very warm

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We like the location- and the pool area looks like it had been updated since last year. The self check in is great. However, there are three things that make me question if we will stay again next year- 1) you get a text message before lunchtime the day before departure informing you of check out duties. These duties include everything except for changing the linen and mopping the floors. 2) I don’t think these floors get mopped. I thought maybe the black feet from walking barefoot was a fluke last year but this year it was even worse. We all had to clean our feet off multiple times the short amount of time we spent in the room. 3) A gentleman came by our room the morning of checkout and said he was from housekeeping- he requested we leave a tip on the dresser. This irritated me for multiple reasons but when I am responsible for- taking out the garbage, sweeping, wiping down surfaces, etc it seems a little inappropriate to ask.
