A very nice modern attached duplex style house. Very clean and well appointed. Good location to downtown Moab and to nearby highways. Didn’t really use much of it as we only spent evenings and nights there.

Perfect base for our everything we wanted to do - Canyonlands/Needles, Canyonlands/Island in the Sky, Arches, Dead Horse Point and Hell's Revenge with Moab Adventure plus ballooning. Although we were only two, there were lots of spaces to get away - inner patio, side patio and fenced back yard - if you had a larger group. House was clean and well stocked. The back yard was a reader's paradise - shade tree, great mountain views and hot tub. Loved the location - in Moab, close to restaurants and easy access, it was quiet and away from the action

We loved this property! Very clean and well maintained. Close to trails, shops, food, National Parks, etc. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and beds were super comfy! Would definitely recommend!

The place was beautiful and the fenced yard complete with a grass patch was great for my dog. It was well stocked with everything we needed, and it is in a great central location close to everything in Moab. Arches is only a few miles away. My only complaint is that it was not disclosed that the property is actually a duplex. It worked out fine, but since we could hear people talking through the wall it would not have been fine if a large party had been staying beside us.

Great location! Easy walk to shops and restaurants in Moab. House was stocked with plenty of supplies. The beds were super-comfortable! Loved the hot tub after long hiking days.

Excellent rental and felt like home. Beds were comfortable along with everything you need was here which made being away from home great. Would absolutely stay here again. All restaurants etc were minutes away.

The place was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room in the garage for are vehicles. We were contacted by the host upon arrival, to make sure everything was satisfactory. I'd recommend this place.

We loved the house. It was incredibly well-equipped. There was nothing we needed that it didn’t have. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for walking into town. It was really the perfect home base for our Moab adventures!

Terrific location and fantastic amenities

Our family of four stayed during holiday break and enjoyed beautiful Moab while it wasn’t busy. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this property is top notch- clean, well equipped and easy walk to downtown.
