We do everything we can to have guests in on time, even in the busy Summer months, and fortunately it looks like your group was able to check-in just a few minutes after 4pm. Parking is handled onsite by the HOA, and it appears the problem was caused by incorrect contact info that we were able to easily resolve. We apologize for the unsightliness of the master bath ceiling, as there had been a leak repaired from the unit above prior to your arrival, and hopefully the compensation provided was adequate. We're very respectful when it comes to check-out times and the door code provided is valid until 10am so no guests should ever need to leave the unit early, but we did pass your feedback along to our cleaning team. We appreciate you choosing Young’s Suncoast as your travel partner and hope to give your group a better experience next time!
