As you enter the lovely 2nd Floor Siesta Villa 103S, you will just love the bright and Beachy Decor that surrounds you - truly peace and serenity at its finest. After a fun-filled day on the Beach, just a short stroll away, your family is sure to love lounging on the cozy couch, which is also a Sleeper Sofa, while cooling off in the AC, and enjoying the Free Wi-Fi and Large Flat Screen TV. The open living space is just perfect for bringing the family together while still being able to spread out without ever feeling cramped! There is even a Murphy Bed as an added sleeping option. The shared Full Bath has a Shower/Tub Combo and Custom Vanity, and there is also a Washer and Dryer in the home for your convenience, just in case you need it!

The Well-Stocked Kitchen will thrill the Chef in your family - with all you need for everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the Beach, or an elegant dinner for 4. We knew this wasn't going to be a five star hotel but for 3 nights and over 1,000 we expected the a/c to work and to be able to use the Murphy bed advertised. They also said linens were provided but there were only sheets for one full size bed. The rental company texted the first morning and I told them about the above and how the broken bed that almost fell on my son- it was detached from the wall and is very big and heavy. They said they were having maintenance come out right away/apologized about the linens. 8 hours later a nice guy came by and was unable to get the bed fixed. He asked my husband to help him hold it as he attempted to screw it in the wall but he couldn't figure it out. He told my husband that there should be a remote somewhere but he couldn't find it. He didn't know anything about any linens and we couldn't find the remote either. No one ever reached back out. It was hot and humid and became worse over the next few days. There is no vent to the bedroom so the bedroom and the back of the unit got no air- there was only the one split unit-and that would not have serviced the other rooms, even if it had been working. The washer and dryer were filthy and filled with sand. Overall things were wiped down but there was grit on the floor, probably just sand, and a sticky film from the humidity. There was also no deadbolt which felt very unsafe with just a code that was likely not changed. Tub was gross and water was cold. Super disappointing.

Great location, almost directly across from the SeaCrets entertainment complex. 100 yard walk to the beach. The apartment was clean overall and had all needed amenities. We did use the kitchen and it was equipped with what we needed.

Mini Vaca with Sand Soccer

The place was perfect size. Very comfortable. Enough space with the Murphy bed. Location was great. Host was very responsive with any needs, not that there was much to need. Thank you! Will stay again.

Great location, a little small and fair accommodation

The location is great and check in was a breeze. Unfortunately this unit does not have central air and only a small wall unit in the kitchen so if you have heat intolerance this is not ideal. There was no thermostat to adjust coolness even though a remote wss supposed to be there. The listing does not make it clear that there is no central air. Also you have to turn on and off breakers to get the ac and hot water to work. Beds are not that comfortable either and when the couch bed and Murphy bed are open its very cramped. Light furniture must be moved to use these beds as well. Just minor inconveniences that should be listed clearly imo.
