Nice location to walk to the boardwalk. Check in was easy. No keurig machine just a traditional coffee maker, not a huge deal but I do like the keurig machine better.

The apartment was about 2 blocks to the beach which was great. It was on the first floor with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We had issues with one of the showers not working, but luckily they were able to fix it. It would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner available. And the cleaning staff needs to work on removing more sand from the furniture and floors.

Great location, staff quick to respond with questions or needs. Limited silverware, some kitchen drawers do not close, shower with tub drain very slow to drain, and faucet very difficult to manipulate for water temperature. We found a broom but no vacuum for carpet. Over all we would recommend this apartment.Rebecca.

We love the location, the home was clean and comfortable, comfortable beds, short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Will definitely stay here again. The one drawback was the person above the condo, was a loud walker who seemed to walk around a lot at nights, which was not the best for sleeping.

Grest location, the check in process was easy. Communication was courteous and easy. We even decided to stay another night for a dischouted rate! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals.

Everything was great! Great location, clean. Communication was smooth. Very pleased. The AC is a little loud but not much can be done about that. Washer and dryer are a little small for big beach towels but good to have anyway!

Great value

For the price, this condo was great. With 3 older kids, having 3 large beds was a huge factor in our choice (as no one had to sleep on an uncomfortable pullout sofa). 2 block from the boardwalk and the beach was extremely convenient. The sales company’s communications and responses to our questions were quick and concise. Parking spaces were clearly marked.

Great Spot Near the Boardwalk

Great location, easy walk to the beach, felt safe and comfortable. Had an issue with the refrigerator and they came out to fix it within the hour and even brought us a mini fridge (offered multiple but we didn’t have that many groceries yet). Did have a slight issue with ants.

Stone Harbour Unit 104

The condo was nice, good location, parking was convenient. The down side was the cleanliness...there was a good bit of dirt and trash on the floor, ceiling fans and A/C unit were very dusty, bathrooms could have used a good cleaning. Not the worst place we have ever stayed, but the place needed a good mid-season cleaning. If I owned the property, I would not have let anyone stay there with that amount of dirt around.

Ocean city beach weekend

The place was nice mainly clean. We found a few things left over from the previous tenants on the floor, broken sunglasses, ping pong ball a few items in the washer and dishwasher. It seems the property needs a few maintainance issues. Broken dresser drawer, guest room bed didnt work right. Broken kitchen cabinets. But overall it was a nice neighnorhood, close to the beach

Location was great short walk to the bay and the boardwalk. Price was very reasonable. It was not very clean in my opinion. There was an inch of dust on the kitchen ceiling fan, thick dust on the AC unit, baseboards were dusty. I did read a previous review from last year with these same issues and thought they would have been resolved but unfortunately they were not. The AC also doesn’t get really cold. It stayed between 74 and 76 and the weather was cold I can’t imagine when it’s 90 out how hot it will get in there.

Pros and cons

Not enough glasses or silverware. Would have been nice to have beach chairs available. Bring your own hairdryer. The unit was super clean. Although it’s conveniently located half way between the bay and the boardwalk it’s in a spicy location on a very busy intersection. Crossing to go to the beach was an adventure. And although there was nice seating on the front deck it’s right in front of the air conditioner that blew out hot air, went off every few minutes, and was so loud you couldn’t talk over it. Having the air fryer was great for boardwalk leftovers

The location was excellent!!!! It was a very easy walk to the beach and close to anything else we needed. The check in process was very simple and we appreciated the starter supplies ex trash bag, sponge, dish soap, etc. As far as cleanliness there was a pool of grease in the air fryer and dried food on the pans when we went to use it. The bathroom walls could have been wiped down, it looked like there was mouthwash or toothpaste splattered on the wall by the sink. We had difficulty getting the shower/tub to work. The knob was extremely difficult to turn on we were afraid to force it as we didn't want to break it. I reached out and it took 12 hours to hear back from anyone. We were told someone would come out to look at it but no one came. If they came out we were not made aware they did. We ended up just forcing the knob up so the shower could be used. The shower heads in both showers could really be replaced they seem to be hanging on by a thread. We ended up hand washing all the dishes we used because when the dishwasher was opened it smelled like sewer. I don't think the water is draining out properly causing it to be stagnant. That being said, in a pinch I would stay there again solely for the location of the condo and the fact it slept our entire family comfortably.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the excellent location, easy beach access, comfortable space for your family, and the convenience of the starter supplies. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns you encountered during your stay. The condition of the air fryer, pans, bathroom, shower fixtures, and dishwasher are not the experience we want our guests to have. We also apologize for the delay in communication and the lack of follow-up regarding the shower issue. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and will address them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to help ensure improvements are made. Thank you again for your feedback and for recognizing the positives of the property. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother and more enjoyable stay in the future.

A little run down, but great location

Overall, we really enjoyed our time at Stone Harbour 104. The management company was great with communication in advance. The place is a little run down, but not in terrible shape; it could use a few fixes here and there. The biggest issue was the AC was broken for our trip. I reached out after the first night and the management company said they would send someone over. I asked at that point if they could send fans if it wasn't fixable. I didn't hear from them all day - they weren't able to get someone out that day and didn't update us. The next day someone came, and it wasn't going to be an easy fix. After I asked again, they brought us a couple of fans. I don't fault them for the AC being broken, just wish they had been a bit more communicative. Otherwise, we were happy with the space and the location. We were in town for a music festival at the inlet and it was a nice walk, about 15 min. We had a great time and would stay again.

Hi there Shea, I am very sorry for the issues you encountered with the AC during your stay. We don't ever like when things break during a guest stay and do try to have things fixed just as quickly as possible. I have communicated with our team and the company that was called in to address the AC issue, there was a miss in the communication and for that I am sincerely sorry, at minimum, all updates should have been communicated to us and then to you. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolved that for you and I assure you we have taken steps to improve how our vendors communicate with us so we can improve our communication with our guests. We hope that you will come back and visit us again! ~ Dorothy, Seaside Vacations
