TrÚs bien situé pour tout! 10 minutes de marche de la plage et de la promenade. Bateau de l'eau profonde glissement disponibles à la location comme une option. Asseyez-vous sur le grand balcon et regarder les bateaux passer. Directement en face de Harbor Island.
Détendez-vous dans cette unité de bain deux chambres et deux avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Chaque chambre a un lit queen size. La chambre principale avait sa propre salle de bain. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen size de sommeil.
Marchez vers le Reel Inn ou Fishtales pour le déjeuner ou le dßner ou se sentir libre de cuisiner à la maison.

Property is in a very quiet area on the bay side with a perfect view of the water from the balcony. Absolutely loved that a great restaurant is right across the water and can hear there music just loud enough to enjoy a great morning with some good music. 10/10 would absolutely recommend and stay again.

From the location to the furniture and hosts, we could not have had a better place to stay for the week. Our favorite was the balcony for coffee in the morning and great night breezes. Highly recommend this property!

First Time Ocean City Vacation

We absolutely loved this condo, so roomy and comfortable! Everthing was even more beautiful than shown in the pictures. Really enjoyed having a deck off of the bedrooms and from the living room. The view of the harbor is spectacular during the day and at night. Everything you can think of was already here... from kitchen accessories to beach chairs/umbrellas to cleaning supplies. Everything was so thought out and very clean. Having 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with lots of storage and a washer/dryer was awesome. Our daughter especially loved having her own beautiful room. We looked forward to having such a fantastic place to come back to after a long day of exploring the area. Enjoyed the short walk and bike ride to the beach/boardwalk and the short drive to Assateague. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed!

We had a wonderful vacation! The place is beautiful - exactly as listed, nice sized bedrooms, big balcony that overlooks the bay, great location, close to the boardwalk, beach, and a variety of restaurants. Check in was very easy, and the owners are very prompt with answering questions. The place even lets you use their beach chairs and beach toys! We will absolutely be back, we loved it.

Best location in OC. Boat access, close to the beach, and a beautifully decorated condo with everything you need. Owners are awesome and all the neighbors are welcoming and friendly.

Great location!

We loved how conveniently located the condo is to everything. It is far enough away from the boardwalk to be peaceful at night and close enough to walk to the main attractions. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great place!

Loved the condo. Everything was clean and nice. Beds and couch were comfortable. Loved watching the boats off the large balcony. We walked to the beach and boardwalk multiple times. Owners were very communicative and condo was as described. We will definitely book again!

Relaxing Vacation Getaway

Perfect place in a gorgeous location. Just a few blocks from the boardwalk and within walking distance to many of the great attractions that Ocean City has to offer. The condo was clean and felt like home. Would definitely recommend and would personally stay here again

Wonderful experience

We stayed at Tim's ppace for about 3 nights. The communication and check in process was well thought out. Prior to the dates booked, Tim reached out to us and sent a document about details on how to get into the place, trash etc. For those planning to stay here, please note- consider bring own towels and sheets. While these are available at the place, they need washed, dryed and returned to the cupboards prior to leaving. Or plan accordingly. The place itself was lovely. Every lil corner was well thought out and decorated. The owners most definitely have shown this place a lot of love. My fav would be the balcony facing the boat dock. Beautiful sunset views. Loved having coffee and breakfast on the balcony. The place was also well equipped with things for a beach day- including umbrellas, chairs and stuff to build sandcastle. Great location, only 10 mins walk to boardwalk.

Perfect location

My family and I have always stayed in a one room hotel on the boardwalk. Last year I decided we needed more room and would give bay side a try. I am so happy we did. The condo is perfect. We love the location. The owners are very easy to work with and the condo is clean and very beautiful. I highly recommend.

Nice place, great location

We have stayed at various units at Mainers wharf for years. I think this is the only one still renting. This is a great location near the boardwalk, but in a quiet area on the bay. Plenty of close street parking. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend

Love it.

Beautiful and clean!

I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here! Everything was so clean and beautiful. The owners respond quickly and are so kind and helpful. This place has a beautiful view of the inlet and is about a 7 minute walk to the beach. I will definitely be booking here again. Thank you!

Cute, functional and close to activities

Great! Roomy condo with well equipped kitchen. Beds a little small for two adults. Parking is tight for larger vehicles but perfect for small cars. Super close to boardwalk, beach and bayside activities.
