Great beach getaway

Had an awesome time, the property was wonderful and only a few steps and you are on the beach. Lots of great restaurants close by and if you want to do the boardwalk it’s just a short drive away.

The property over delivered. Location was perfect, for the beach, for the restaurants and club. Parking was great and covered. We definitely look forward to returning!

Beautiful rental!

This was our first time staying here. The condo was beautifully decorated and furniture was comfortable. The huge showers in 2/3 bathrooms were a plus! The owners didn’t forget a single detail!

Great location

Loved the location to everything ! It was enough space for two families to vacation together and we loved the amount of bathrooms and bed layouts. There was a beach wagon, chairs, and toys in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook there and the balcony was big and had a great view!! We would love to come back again.

Family beach stay

Great beach rental, plenty of space, beach toys, location was perfect. Walking distance to lots of good stuff. Others living in the apartment are so kind and helpful. Ceiling fans! Relaxing patio you can see the bay sunset and the beach.

Listing needs updated and new pics

This is a beautiful condo and a great location! Easy walk to both the boardwalk and convention center. My only disappointment was that the listing stated it slept 10 but the sleeper couch was updated (not pictured in the listing) to a new couch that was not a sleeper so we had one less bed than we planned to have. It appears the listing is was updated now to sleep 8 instead of 10 but the photos should be updated to reflect the new couch and refrigerator.

Over all the experience was very nice. The second bedroom has double beds sizes

Please remeasure the beds in the second room with two beds. They are NOT queen size, but full size. You may have covered the mattress with "queen" size pad, but the mattress is really sized "full". Please change the description. Most folks will want a queen size bed. My husband is a large man and we couldn't sleep in a full size bed. Also, having some supplies left over helps.

Clean but ripped off

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is half a block from ocean and it was mostly clean. But the TV remote didn’t work properly so mostly no tv. The remote was missing the select button. Plus they charged us for a new toilet seat. It was in the same shape as when we got there. Seems to me it was and old seat that needed replaced. So they charged us $65.00 for it. Contacted people in charge, but no solution.

Plenty of room and updated features in the rooms and the building is in the heart of OCMD. We would highly recommend Benchmark Properties and Sapphire Seas to anyone going to Ocean City MD for vacation.

Perfect Family Getaway!

After comparing 4 different places to stay for my family's first vacation after the start of COVID, we found this wonderful condo. It was amazing. My family kept raving about how nice it was. Proximity to the beach and restaurants is super convenient. Views of the ocean and bay was relaxing. We will definitely be coming back for a longer trip.

Have a Fine Vacation in OC

Every bedroom has it's own bath and the master bath is much more than you typically find in OC. Balcony has a view of the ocean and sunset. Breakfast and dinner are just across the street. The ice maker produces all the ice you will ever need....just bring your blender. Everything works - you should be pleased.

Great Spot for a Weekend Away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was really nice; very spacious, nicely done and in a wonderful location! Great for a weekend away with some girlfriends. Our ONLY complaints were that the unit had a Keurig coffee maker (which we didn't know until the morning we went to make a pot of coffee -- it was disappointing, to say the least) and the trash can was too small for a group of people. Minor inconveniences, but made a difference in our stay.Overall though, highly recommend this property and company!
