This beautiful villa is located in Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort , in the Folly Field Beach Area. Known for its beach, with the largest pool on the island, centrally located close to shopping and well known restaurants . Whether you want to relax indoors or stay active, The fitness room is ready for you. The perfect blend of comfort and style makes this villa an amazing choice for your getaway. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind. Villa features two bedroom with two full baths. Queen bed in the master , with a bed combo in the guests room with a double bed and a set of twins . Updated furnishing throughout. A second floor unit with location on the second floor. Many tennis tournaments and pickleball, are held here, book a private lesson at the front desk. Pickle ball courts, basketball, rental bikes on site, three restaurants along with a beach bar. Great happy hour and live music is offered during season This resort has it all. A very short walk from the front door to the “Beachfront” . Bike rentals on site, grills, and 24 hours security. Come see why this Resort is visited by many repeat guests🏖note your cleaning fee is $160. this includes beach towels for your use

The property was very convenient to the beach and there was also a great size pool. The furnishings were perfect for what we needed and the beds were comfortable. The master bedroom shower was awesome.

Great condo and location

Very nice and clean condo. Resort was very nice and secure, lots of stuff available to do. Less than 5 minute walk and you are on the beach. Great stay.

We love staying at this property in general, and this particular condo was great. The local contact was super helpful and quick to respond to messages. The showers had high pressure, which was wonderful. The main bed and at least the lower bunk bed were bouncy. Not a bad thing, I just haven’t slept on a bouncy bed in ages; our kid slept great though!

Great Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at HH Beach and Tennis Resort. The condo was exactly as described. We were pleased to find several beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon! We were conveniently located to the tennis courts and a short walk to the pool. The place was very clean. We really have no complaints.

Great location

Beach is a short walk through parking lots, restaurant/bar on site, putt putt, arcade, another restaurant within walking distance. This was a great location. The condo itself could use some maintenance but it was great for our stay. It did have beach chairs and toys which was great! And included beach towels! Another plus!

The home was as described, location was okay, farther away than the last time we stayed at the resort but we knew that. The only thing we were a little disappointed in was the size and lack of pans. We love the resort and the location on the island, and plan to visit again.

Location good. Beach close. Pool great. The condo needs some TLC. Such as sticking front door. It was all we could do to open and close the door. Needs a deep clean. Dust from dirty vents stuck on the wall. Couch had stains. Bottom of door paint coming off. Bathrooms were ok. Shower head in main bathroom needs cleaning. Password to WiFi needs updating in email and brochure in condo. It’s wrong.

I would give a general rating of good

Clean and in order. Great to have beach chairs and towels. However all 3 mattresses are terrible. Creaky and way too firm. We all left with back pain. They all need to be replaced

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club

Our unit was very nice. We did have a problem with the Google nest thermostat though— when we returned to our unit the thermostat wanted to be reset. We did not want to fool with the thermostat so we contacted our contact and she sent her maintenance person so that was good but it did take a couple of days. We thought that the people who owned it should not have installed that kind of technology based thermostat but that was our opinion. Our contact from Evolve was very prompt answering us anytime we had a question or needed something. One downfall was that there was no tv in one of the bedrooms and the clock on the wall did not keep the correct time(probably needed a new battery). I would definitely stay at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Club again.
