Inside, the home is bright and inviting with plenty of natural light, a beautiful new kitchen with a gas stove, high-speed internet, and spacious living areas designed for gathering and relaxing. There's something for everyone, from the cozy loft to the lower-level game room featuring an 85” TV and oversized couch—perfect for movie nights after a day of adventure.

Outdoor living is just as enjoyable, with multiple decks and a patio offering plenty of seating to take in both sunrise and sunset. FAQs: Please park in driveway only - not in road or on lawn. There is no ATV access from this property. Grill available mid-May through mid-October. Two kayaks available for guest use! There is AC: Heat/Cool pumps throughout the home. Walking path to downtown Rangeley (3 minute walk). Walking path to Shared Waterfront on Rangeley Lake. There are outdoor cameras! This home is part of an association and guests are asked to follow association rules, including capacity rules which state no more than 8 overnight guests at the property. No smoking. No pets.

Snowmobile Access: Continue down Sunset Ln (not Marbles Way) to the parking lot by the Lakehouse Condos' dumpsters. That short path takes you right to the main trail. Please do not ride on the other lots in the neighborhood - you can ride on Marbles Way and Sunset to get on the trails.
