Welcome to your Dog Friendly Dream Vacation Home! This stunning 3 bedroom multi-level condo is the perfect spot for your beach getaway. Located within walking distance to the ocean, this beautifully furnished condo has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

As you enter the condo, on the Ground Level, is a half bath. Ascending the stairs to the 2nd Level you'll be greeted by a spacious living area with comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV that swivels for optimum viewing. The open-plan design flows seamlessly into the dining area and modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up a delicious meal. The washer and dryer are housed in the kitchen. Just off the kitchen is a desk for those who can work remotely.

Continuing onto the 3rd Level is where you'll find the master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms, on the 4th Level, are also beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. There's also a second full bathroom on this level, so there's no need to fight over the shower in the morning!

One of the best features of this condo is the outdoor space. Step outside onto your private patio and balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in all that nature has to offer. Just a short walk to the beach, you can spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and surfing. The condo also has access to a communal pool, so you can cool off in the water after a long day at the beach. There are also plenty of local restaurants and shops to explore, so you'll never be short of things to do. Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, Egan's Creek Greenway, 27 Hole Golf Course and so much more are all just a short drive away.

Cozy & Charming Beach Getaway: Renovated, Relaxing, & Perfectly Located!
Really loved this location. While typically stay beach-front - this may become a favorite for it's cozy vibe. Loved the location. Nicely renovated; LOTS of storage; and great deck. Be careful crossing street. Parking not ideal. Really room for one car only; any other vehicles need to park on street. Overall those are nits for a lovely place to stay.

Great Property, Great Location
Great time with our family over spring break. Easy access to the beach, convenient location, well equipped kitchen. Kids loft bedroom was great. Only downside is that there is only one parking space, although there was plenty of on-street parking on the street.

Great VRBO
Wonderful VRBO! Easy access, love the quick walk to beach and pool, close to some yummy seafood. The place was well decorated, clean, and fit all of our needs! Highly recommend.
