Only small issue was the tree out front could use a little pruning as it was scraping the top of our vehicle. Otherwise the place was amazing perfect location to beach and restaurants. We renting bikes from TIMMS to get around.

Love the house and it was a convenient 3-5 minutes from just about everything on the island. Even saw a very cool Armadillo out back of the house in the little yard!Only small things to consider was there were no pot holders we could find (quite the surprise when we cooked dinner in one day :)), I didn't even think to pack those with us.There was a slight issue with the A/C that the host was able to rectify pretty quickly and Mel was great helping us out with that.House was quiet and love the fans in each room and the kids loved the TVs everywhere!Would deff stay here again in the future!

This property was so welcoming. Very clean and had all of the amenities needed. Coffee maker with coffee, Utensils, pots and pans. Dish washer. Two comfortable living rooms. Tybee is such a great vibe and being in such a comfortable home made it even better. The minor thing was not having a nightstand on both sides for the primary bed but that's it. It was nice having a washer and dryer on site as well.Show up in vacation mode, with some of your favorite vacation meals/snacks and this place will do the rest. Enjoy!

Great Stay

Wonderful time. We had a very pleasant stay while visiting our daughter in Tybee. Everything was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. Perfect for my husband and I and our son. We would stay here again for sure.

Spotless , well equipped unit. Nice to have parking 'at the front door'. Very quick responses from property manager to any of our questions. Only a 10 minute walk to beaches and restaurants.

Place was spotless

This place looked like a brand new home inside, it was spotless and beautiful. Everything we needed was there. Could not have asked for a better place to stay, walkable to the north beach. Management company texted to make sure we did not need anything and were very easy to communicate with. Great place to Stay!!!!

Great place to stay

This property was perfect for us. It had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. The property was exactly as listed. It was very clean. The property manager even checked in with us to make sure there wasn't anything we needed. It was very close to everything, but still in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.

The condo was clean and nice. It’s located conveniently to the beach and not far from Savannah. The only thing I would warn guests about is, at least the time of year we were there in October, acorns were falling from a tree onto the upstairs deck, creating a noise downstairs that took us a while to figure out. It was a little bit disconcerting the first evening we were there until we figured it out the next day.
