Located on the heights of the exclusive gated community of Indigo Bay, this stunning six-bedroom luxury property offers breathtaking ocean views and magnificent sunsets.



As you enter the spacious lobby located on the ground level, a magnificent spiral staircase and an elevator will take you to the first lower level, where you will find a spacious air-conditioned living/kitchen area where you will share wonderful moments with family and friends.



This large living space opens onto the infinity pool which overlooks the ocean and the beautiful Indigo Bay with its hills plunging into the turquoise waters. Please note that the pool is heated from December 15th to April 15th. Outside this period, pool heating is optional, at an additional cost of $350 per week.



The outdoor seating area with its comfortable sofa is the perfect place to relax. You can also entertain your guests by cooking in the well-equipped outdoor kitchen while they sip a delicious cocktail at the outdoor bar overlooking the ocean.



In the evening, enjoy the twinkling lights of nearby villas along the hillsides and cruise ships passing in the distance.



Villa Numa has six elegant bedrooms, all with exceptional sea views and their own luxurious bathroom. Located on the ground level, four of the bedrooms are connected to the lobby by a beautiful hallway, while the fifth and the sixth bedrooms located on the second lower level are accessible by an external staircase.

The sixth bedroom opens to its own living room and well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for a nanny or someone looking for more privacy.



Conveniently located, Villa Numa is just a short drive from Indigo Beach and its well-known beach restaurant. Philipsburg and Simpson Bay are only a 10-minute drive while Princess Juliana Airport and Marigot are only a 15-minute drive away.



Villa Numa can also be rented in 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms. Please note that for safety reasons, Villa Numa does not accept children between 2 and 12 years old.
