Dear Sarah. Thanks for your review. Allow me to explain our views as well. Let's be partial and honest: First, lets get fact right. Villas was dirty (photos and videos), things was swap from Villas to Villas, broken, (photos,) or lost. We never had to do such repairs after guests departure. We haven't escalate because we are gentle and understanding. Things can break and we understand enjoyments. At this level, it was a little annoying but it is part of our industry. Fairplay. I am very sorry you didn't Iike the beach either, unfortunately, we can't "order" good weather for every of our guests. We just don't control weather condition. I am sorry. However, your point is taken for improving our service. As with ants, it's nature. You should admit that we treated the villas against bug one more time because so much waste food was left on different areas. In Caribbean, if you left food, you will attract bugs, no villa will be hermetic enough to stop intruders. Except a bunker maybe. The only way to control is to be clean. All rental Villas have "house rules" for specific reasons, no noisy party because it's a residential area and we risk prosecution... ! And I have many proof through our exchange that I made you aware of it, many, many, many times. I am agqin surprised you are still surprised by our house rules. Please, help me to improve how can we explain our house rules in a better way than repeating constantly: " no loud music after 10pm?" . Kindly note that parties can be reasonable and acceptable if guests respect our house rules. We had many bitthday parties, wedding anniversary, recently a bachelor party, we never had such trouble with our guests. Never. With regard of your party, let me describe how we lived the situation: You swear you won't bring a speaker. You did (and DJ Jason Miro is a good friend and owner of the big speaker lended to you). You swear no party, you did. You swear anybody from outside (because of SXMfestival techno music), you did. You swear no smoking inside and my wife witness some weed snokers inside. I, as a manager, could hear the music at 5am, the bass of your techno music traveling to the neighborhood. Clearly disturbances. Lets be clear: none of the cleaners could hear the music at 5am, cleaning team start at 10am. Cleaners witness a speaker (yes) that you innocently admit to have when you strongly denied it ( in our exchange), before it was witnessed by our housekeeper. Since day one, I could witness your dishonesty and i actually signal your profile to VRBO weeks before your arrival. For the first time, I wanted to cancel your booking. Unfortunately, our internal performances didn't allowed us this possibility. Posting our first "bad" review ever, month after your visit, making sure we can't charge you for damage, shows the reality. I did review of your stay as well. I am very sorry for all your trouble and I will make sure it will never happen again with to you within our properties. We learned a lesson today in order to improve our services.
