We sincerely apologize for the issue with the bed sheets upon your arrival. As soon as it was brought to our attention, we delivered a replacement set, though we understand that having to deal with that at all was frustrating. We're also sorry that we weren't able to provide instructions for operating the hot tub during your stay. We understand how disappointing that was, especially when you were looking forward to using it. We've since noted this so we can improve the information available to future guests.
