The house:
Park up to 4 vehicles on the driveway. Keypad at the door will grant you access to the house. Code to be provided once reservation is confirmed.

Once you go through the door you will find a spacious living area/dining room including a 65” Smart TV for all your streaming Apps, with ample space for everyone to enjoy comfortably, have a karaoke night or play fun games. From the living area and dining space, walk into the fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea.
Trough the top right corner of the living area, you will open into an astonishing sunroom with huge floor-to-ceiling-windows with views to the peaceful backyard, a desk working station, and a small breakfast table.
Towards the left of the living area, you will find a hall leading to the 3 bedrooms and the 1-1/2 guest bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, 55” TV and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity mirror, walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The 2 other beautifully designed bedrooms include a king and a queen bed and closet spaces, with a 55” smart TV in the guest bedroom. All the rooms come with memory-foam mattresses and plush linens to ensure a good night’s sleep.
The door from the sunroom leads out to a spacious backyard where you will find the amenities to build long-lasting memories, including a hot tub area (additional large towels located in the sunroom), patio furniture surrounding a cozy fire pit and a wide space to enjoy the peacefulness of the Texan Hill Country. As a tip: feel welcome to grab the included picnic blankets and BBQ grill to enjoy a nice meal under a starry night.
