Great size condo

It’s a perfect size property. Little old rustic look inside. I really didn’t spend much time here just to sleep but it was fully packed with everything you needed. Definitely roomie and awesome quite location close to downtown Conway !

Location, location, location

Loved being able to walk to Echo lake. The layout was nice for our group, two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen on main floor and den/bedroom, bathroom suite downstairs with walk out slider onto wonderful little porch for morning coffee or nightime bbq. Would be nice to have an exit from porch and some of the older flooring replaced. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo, great location!

The condo was very clean with all the things you need except air-conditioning. We happened to be there during an unusual heat wave for No Conway so it was really hot. We had a great stay despite the heat! The owners were very kind and responsive. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable, warming, and Spacious

The condo was prefect for our annual family ski trip. Owners were great . Condo was spacious and comfortable. The location was great being so close to downtown, and being near lake. Bonus, fat biking and hiking trails to Echo Lake right from property. Would definitely stay there again

Location Location!

Excellent location with views of Cathedral Ledge from the parking spot and hiking to Echo Lake and Cathedral Ledge right from your front door. Place was exactly as described. Was nice to have full baths on both floors, plus a handy half bath. Owner responded to question immediately. Being at the top end of North Conway was great to avoid traffic and take an easy skirt around town on West Side Road.

Lots of space, close to town

Although out vaca was cut short due to weather, we enjoyed our stay. The location was so close to North conway's shops, and to echo lake and cathedral ledge, which we didn't get to visit this time round. We had lots of space for our 3 teen boys to get away when needed.

Exactly as advertised!

Being it was our first time to this area of NH we were nervous about where to stay. This property was in a perfect location to many hiking trails, fishing, and only minutes from town. Although a little dated, the house was comfortable, contained everything that we needed, and offered a lower level with beds and it's own bathroom for the older children. It was in a very quite neighborhood with little traffic which allowed my youngest to ride a bike on his own without worry. Overall we were happy with our choice!

Great Spot

We had a great time during our stay. The location was perfect. Close to nature attractions and a very short drive into town. Plenty of space to spread out and have fun!

Great location and an attentive host

Location is within walking distance to Echo Lake, Diana's Baths and lies in the shadow of Cathedral Ledge. We found some random articles of clothing under beds and the place was in need of a good cleaning, but Francisco was very attentive and it didn't affect our post Christmas/New Years/my Birthday trip. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. Marybeth, Kevin and kids.

Getaway = Sucess!

My husband and our three boys took a weekend away to enjoy their favorite activity...being in the woods, being away from the girls in the house, and hiking!!! They location of the condo was perfect!! Just a tiny walk to echo Lake/Cathedral Ledge....the second day downpours said the enjoy some ‘vintage’ gaming systems that were at the condo. I know my husband said The location was perfect and looking to rebook in September this time bring the mountain bikes! The host were extremely easy to contact and made sure we had checked in with no issues

Cozy home with excellent view

Communication with owner was excellent . Home was very cozy and prefect for our needs. Amenities included everything we needed. The home is a little dated but the owner disclosed that to us and it didn’t bother us at all. My only suggestion is if traveling with little ones , bring a baby gate for the stairs . The view outside of the property is stunning . We would rent again.

Cleanliness of Property

The size and style of the Condo was perfect for what we were looking for. However, we needed to clean before we relaxed a little. Cobwebs and dust were everywhere. It may have been closed up for awhile before we used it and should have been opened up and cleaned out before we arrived. other that that there was plenty of everything else. Dishes, pans towels and a grill for cooking outside. The wood stove would have been nice if it was winter. Location was great.

Conway Condo Getaway

Loved the area. Very close to town and several mountains. The condo is great and slept 8 of us very comfortably. We weren't tripping over each other and we had everything we needed! Thank you for fast response and great communication.

Family getaway

This house accommodated our two families with room to spare. House was very comfortable and owner was super responsive and helpful. So close to everything but still felt secluded and private. We had fun visiting all the nearby attractions and also just hanging together in the condo.
