Located next to the Canyons Resort, Timber Wolf is a luxury mountain property that offers the warmth of a rustic mountain cabin but the conveniences and comforts of a modern townhome. This spacious property is comfortable and inviting throughout, with beautiful stonework, log furniture and finishings, and custom woodwork throughout the property. The location is close to the free transit system/shuttle, which is just 150 yards away, and offers easy access to downtown, shopping, Park City Mountain Resort, or Deer Valley. The Canyons Cabriolet, which will whisk you to the Canyons base area/Ski Beach, is within walking distance if you prefer to leave your vehicle.
The primary suite offers a comfortable, king-sized bed, private bathroom, and 32” HDTV.
The guest suite offers a queen-sized bed, HDTV, and Twin / Twin bunk beds.
A Queen Sofa sleeper in the living room can also accommodate two additional guests.
Other Timber Wolf amenities include your own private underground parking space, private washer/dryer, two common-area hot tubs, open year-round, and free high-speed wireless Internet.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything guests may need to make their favorite recipes! The open floor plan opens to the adjacent dining area with a beautiful antler chandelier. There is also a gas grill available on the deck.
The upstairs level offers both a King and a Queen suite, each with vaulted ceiling timber trusses, ensuite baths, and all of the comforts of home. The main level living space offers a Queen pull-out sofa, totaling comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 6 travelers.
The lower level walks out to the private one-spot parking area in the underground garage, which has direct access to the residence. Guests also take advantage of the common hot tub just across the street from this condo unit.
Enjoy a 5-minute walk on a trail over to the Canyons cabriolet with your equipment in hand, or if preferred, take advantage of shuttle access over to the Canyons or any of Park City’s three world-class ski resorts with a walk to the street corner for the shuttle bus.
The Canyons Village Cabriolet is the first lift at the base of the Canyons ski resort, and approximately 1,000 feet from this neighborhood, it offers quick access to the mountain. Canyons Village offers shopping, dining, golf, and skiing and has activities year-round for guests. Historic Main Street of Park City is approximately 2 miles from the property for shopping, dining, and nightlife.
Whether you visit Park City in summer or winter, Timberwolf Condo 4 is the perfect central location in Canyons Resort to enjoy all that Park City has to offer year-round. Walk to a free citywide shuttle for easy access to all three resorts and Main Street.
