The hillside location does make for a unique setting, and we understand that arrival and driveway access can be tricky without detailed guidance. We’ll be updating our pre-arrival instructions to make navigation and entry much easier for future guests. Regarding the gate, we recognize it can feel inconvenient, but it’s there to help maintain the privacy and security of the property. We’ll make sure this is more clearly communicated ahead of time so guests know what to expect. Thank you as well for mentioning the odor and the concerns with the kitchen and master bathroom. We’re actively looking into these issues, especially the shower functionality and supply levels, to ensure a more comfortable and seamless experience moving forward.
