We also appreciate you bringing those small issues to our attention, such as the slow-flowing bathroom sinks. Please rest assured that our maintenance team is taking care of all of these issues immediately so that our next guests will have a flawless, 5-star stay. Regarding the toiletries and towels, we apologize for any inconvenience it caused your group. While most other condos only provide a basic starter set of amenities, we actually have a local office where our guests are always welcome to stop by and pick up additional supplies or exchange beach towels. Our office is open daily from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM to better accommodate everyone's vacation schedules. We realize that our instructions regarding the designated timings were confusing, and we are updating our guest information to make it completely clear that our guests can come to our office for any extra supplies they might need during those hours.
