RESORT FEES
All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.


WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Our Saida 1 condo (#501) is beachfront, has fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico, a warm Southern exposure, and is steps away from 3 refreshing pools.
The 3 bedroom and 2 bath condo is located in the Saida Towers, a gated, family-friendly complex with 24/7 security, and a history of being a favorite of families and Winter Texans for many years. We have 3 swimming pools (one heated in the winter), 3 hot tubs, tennis courts, and a poolside bar and hamburger hut open in the summer.

Our extra large balcony is furnished with a picnic table and deck chairs, is a great place to watch the beach, the ocean, the pool area, lounge with a good book, or enjoy cocktails and dinner.!

Up to 10 guests can sleep in our approximately 1450 sq ft condo. The master suite has a king bed, the corner room has 2 double beds, and the 3rd room has 2 twin over full seize bunk beds. The beautiful kitchen has a large bar area, granite counter tops, and is well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and coffee maker.

Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier, beachfront social resort. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds and bordered by award winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment, as well as chair and umbrella rentals on the sand.
