Une vue imprenable sur le soleil, le surf et le sable! Ce condo non fumeur 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain est situé au 1er étage face à la plage. Tous les appareils électroménagers / caractéristiques et le mobilier mis à jour rendent votre séjour confortable et vous aident à vous faire dorloter. Réveillez-vous chaque matin avec un magnifique lever de soleil sur le golfe depuis votre terrasse privée. Le bruit apaisant des vagues de l'océan vous endormit la nuit et vous rend à la plage pendant la journée. Le complexe Tiki Condominium dispose de 2 grandes piscines chauffées en hiver et entourées d'un paysage luxuriant.

Ce condo mesure 790 pieds carrés et peut accueillir une famille de 5 personnes (2 adultes, 3 petits enfants ou 4 adultes très confortablement). Dormez confortablement avec deux lits queen-size dans la chambre principale et un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon.

This place is great. Super clean, nicely decorated and had all the things we needed. My 9 year old loved sleeping on the bunk bed in the tiny side room.

We have stayed at other condos at the Tiki this one was the best, completely updated. So clean and had everything you need in the kitchen if you cook. (I like to eat out lol) I did love it being on the first floor, getting older the stairs get a little tough. You will not be disappointed staying at this condo.

We love this condo. Comfy beds, easy access to the beach, as well as the pool, tasteful beach deco, and easy parking. The kitchen was well equipped and big plus was having an ice maker in the refrigerator!!! I’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property! Exactly as described. We have stayed at the Tiki condos for years and this has been the best unit we’ve rented. AC worked great, the unit was clean, and beautifully upgraded, Easy beach access and a front row seat for the fireworks!

The property was even better than advertised as the kitchen had all the tools needed to prepare meals. Plus being right on the beach made sitting out on the patio so pleasant. Everything was clean & comfortable. The host was gracious to contact us before we arrived and to remind us of what needed to be handled as we checked out.

This condo was right on the beach. Beach chairs and a cooler were provided. It was clean, nicely decorated, and updated. Sliding doors from the large bedroom and the great room provided access to the patio. Contact with our hosts always went well and timely. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO rental and would give it five stars without hesitation! The beach view was truly amazing—waking up and seeing the ocean right outside was such a treat, and the easy beach access made it even better. The property was spotless and incredibly well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was also beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. You can tell a lot of care went into making this place special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Married for 40 years and three kids later, Barb and I have always enjoyed the beach. Our kids completely agree! It doesn't matter if we are relaxing in the sun, having a good meal, or participating in activities, we prefer to do it on a beach. The kids have varied interests and are much more active than mom or dad. South Padre offers something for each of us individually and one of our favorite places to make memories and establish traditions.

We enjoy spending time with our family and friends!

Barb and I first vacationed in South Padre in 1988, and we fell in love with this hidden gem. In 2013 we had a family vacation in South Padre, with some special friends who introduced us to the Tiki Condominium location, which was a dream come true. It was a combination of owners, staff, conditions of the complex, beachfront, and location near activities and restaurants that made our decision to own here easy.

We hope everyone who stays in our condo, whether for a few days or months, will leave with the same love for South Padre Island as we have.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We enjoy the beautiful views of the beach and sounds of the ocean from our balcony. There's nothing quite like enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in before anyone else is up! Likewise, we have a perfect view of the fireworks offered at Claytons on Friday and Saturday nights (if we choose). We love having friends join us for this special experience. The beach is just steps away, and the option to enjoy one of our two tropical pools makes this a relaxing and memorable vacation stay.
