Awesome hideaway

We loved the place and location. If I was to change anything,it would be to put blinds or curtains up in the living area, as the glare is terrible for watching the tv and also admits to much heat into the room. Would we return….definitely!

Great Getaway!

Really enjoyed the cabin. Lake view was a little restricted due to foliage but you can't help the season... Cleanliness was excellent. Had all the basic supplies we needed. Our only suggestion would be adding some handrails to the stairs coming off the deck. We are a bit older than we used to be and our balance is not what it once was.Overall very enjoyable stay if you want to unplug for a while. We brought our hotspot with us so we weren't completely unplugged.

Great Get away

I really enjoyed this cabin away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It doesn't have internet, so you get to unplug for a while. I only had 1 bar of service, so hotspots arent really an option either. I had a little trouble with getting the front door unlocked, you have to pull in before you try to open it. But the owners were quick to answer when I called! Love the set up of the house and the views of the lake are beautiful!

It was our weekend getaway spot! Beautiful scenery!As to the cabin itself, it definitely needs some improvements. First of all the AC was way too loud. And since the cabin is so small, there is no way you can get away from that noise. Some curtains in the living room wouldn’t hurt either, it makes it almost impossible to watch the tv during daytime. Plus it is a privacy issue as well. The coffee machine is pretty beat up also. Couldn’t use it properly. Couldn’t use the knives provided, they were all dull. And dirty as well on top of that. You have a toaster listed but again couldn’t use it due to it being so nasty. Ice maker is working but I couldn’t use it cause all the ice was kinda melted and you would have to dump the whole thing and make a new batch but since we were there just for two nights it made no sense. This is something that should be taken care of before us checking in. And by the way your water filter needs to be changed. Unfortunately cannot recommend this cabin if you care abt anything listed above.

The cabin was very clean, comfortable & provided every comforts needed. The view was excellent. Enjoyed sitting on their deck watching & listening to the wildlife. Might want to think of putting a railing down steps to front door. Other than that, perfect place.
