Beautiful and very comfortable home! Communicated several times with the owner and she was incredibly responsive and helpful. Close to town, but far enough out to be very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family. Lovely home with a beautiful view. Everything we needed was there (towels, dishes, cooking gear etc) and in great shape. Great layout, lovely private back yard with a beautiful view.

This was a great stay. The house was super clean and new. Everything was as advertised. Perfect size for a family in a nice quiet location. Would definitely stay again.

This home is beautiful, cozy and clean. It is set up well for families, with bunk beds upstairs, a pack n play, booster chair, and toys/ganes. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean home, great locations, friendly hosts!

This place is beautiful and extremely clean. It has everything you need for your stay! Location is great and close to the beach and dunes. The hosts were great to deal with too. Fire pit is a nice touch. We’d definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for our trip. Very clean and well stocked. Nice patio with firepit with view of river. Only downside was noise from highyway down the mountain. Not horrible but there. Would stay there again.

Cozy, clean, great little winter getaway.

The checkin and overall guest experience was good. The house had all necessary items, and kid toys/games, etc. It was rainy for our whole stay, but we were located near the town, and near several fun excursions.

The house is brand new with all the comforts of the modern home. It’s five minutes from almost everything you might want. We meet the owner who was wonderful. We will be back in the spring, for sure!

Very comfortable house (easy to feel at home) in a great location.We were here with our two youngest grandchildren, and it was a great fit.The six year old grandson really appreciated the jigsaw puzzles that were “left for him” to put together!

The house looks exactly as it does in the pictures! So cute, down to the dishes. We can’t wait to go back!!! Owners are very responsive.

All the comforts of home

This home is such a perfect vacation rental for relaxation. Our favorite amenity was definitely the outdoor fire pit overlooking the river. There are a few homes in the vicinity but it still feels very private due to the layout. Also, easy off and on the highway, which is a huge plus given coastal traffic. Highly recommend this rental.

Gorgeous Home

This house was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. There was a question I had and reached out to John and Nicole - they responded quickly and were able to help us out right away. We loved all the windows and the gorgeous views. John made sure we had plenty of wood for the fire pit which was really nice. The house is beautifully built and we'd definitely come back to stay again.

Girls’ reunion

After carrying out my dad’s final wishes with family down in Bandon I wanted to stay some extra days and meet up with friends. Having grown up in oregon and frequenting the Florence area, I knew that was the perfect spot. This house has a beautiful setting off the beaten path. We loved having a view of the river and being so close (yet not too close) to old town, attractions, yummy restaurants and beach. Lovely home.

Great stay!

Our family travels yearly to the dunes and Florence with ATV Trailers. This property was a perfect fit and one we will book again. We had enough room to park our two trailers in the driveway comfortably. The home was spaceous and had nearly every amenity we needed. The property owners are great as well! Friendly, informative, and responsive. Check-in and out times were conflicting from posting to follow-up email, but the owners were very accommodating!!! Looking forward to next year!

We rented this property for eight nights. We had four adults and three young kids in our party. The house worked out well for us in terms of location, size and amenities. The house was reasonably clean and comfortable, and everything worked. The kitchen had adequate cookware and utensils. The living room could use some additional/upgraded seating. The house had puzzles and games and plastic dinnerware for kids - a nice addition. The owner responded immediately to all questions and issues. The house sits beside the owner’s house and business property. If you need seclusion and maximum privacy, this may not be an ideal property for you. It wasn’t a problem for us. This rental is a good choice for people with families. We liked it and it worked well for us.
