We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable home. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and evenings with the view of the mountains and watching the deer and hummingbirds a d hot air balloons. The home had everything we needed and the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

This home was conveniently located if you like to explore and hike. We had our dog with us and the fact they had a fenced backyard was a plus.

Excellent experience overall. House was immaculately clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils & cookware. Window AC units took a bit to cool the house down, but given a few hours and they worked well and performed reliably throughout our (mid-summer!) stay. Fully recommend and hope to be renting again soon ourselves.

Hunting trip for the boys

The house was exactly what we were looking for. Place was well stocked and great location. Appreciated having a garage to stow our gear and the garage refrigerator/freezer came in handy.

Perfect Pagosa Getaway

Beautiful home. Comfortable beds. Lovely views from front porch. Nice fenced back yard for the dogs. Enjoyed watching hot air balloons take off and sitting outside under the stars.

4th Getaway

We loved the house. The view, design, and everything was there that we needed including washer and dryer. Every morning drinking coffee on the porch watching the sunrise. Close to town but far enough away it was quiet and tranquil. Hope to return!

Just right!

The house was overall very nice, clean, and well stocked. The dogs loved the fenced backyard! The deer were in the neighborhood for a novel treat. Just far enough away from town to be close to everything! It was easy to find and easy to enter. There was even complimentary fire wood! The fireplace was nice to use in January! Exactly 42 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski area!

Awesome rental

I was amazed as soon as we entered. The property is large and roomy. The master bedroom has room to spread out plus the door leads to a cute patio, overlooking the large back yard. My dog loved to roam around in the yard and discover new smells. Every morning, we were greeted by deer. They came up right to the fence or even close to the windows. How cool is that? The kitchen is well stocked and ready for a meal to be prepared. All in all, I can only recommend to stay. Should have stayed longer :-). And we all agreed, we'll be back.

Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. We had a great time. It was nice to find a pet friendly property. Highly recommend the property. A couple of notes there is a step up for kitchen and bedroom accessed. We have a visually impaired person in our family and did not realize the steps, we were fine but just a note. Second note, air conditioning is window units and there are fans in all the rooms to circulate. We slept with the windows open in our room so not a problem. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!
