This photographic 6 beds and 4 baths was original erected by a local estate builder and has been updated (2020) to a Mediterranean modern style that brings you to an Ibiza state-of-mind.

There are no next door neighbors and a plethora of entertainment and relaxation areas creatively scattered throughout the property. One will find endless opportunities to enjoy and maximize the resort-feel stay if it is enjoying an afternoon cocktail on the viewing deck, taking a swim in the heated sculptural pool, or cooking outside with a large group of friends on the night time-lit dining plateau.

This is one of the most unique properties Palm Desert has to offer and it will take the breath away from even the most well-traveled individuals.

Both pool and spa is cleaned with minimally invasive chemicals. The pool pump is hidden in pool house so compound has no machine made noises for absolute tranquility. There are numerous areas for relaxation and socializing in the garden and park. Everything is lit for warm nights outside.
Heating is an additional service/cost and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note the neighborhood is ultra-quiet (Which is also the most amazing thing about this place). The city of Palm Desert does not allow outside music louder than what your phone can play. This also goes for loud voices outside (alcohol induced or not) any time day or night.
People on this street likes the sound of coyotes killing bunnies, the stars and their pool pump so go figure ?

That said, if you are here to relax, enjoy quality time in the pool and indulge in long dinners with plenty of wine and great conversation, then this is your oasis.

There is a maximum of 12 people and 6 cars allowed on the property at any time.

There is the strict penalty system in Palm Desert that revokes our vacation home permit for 2 years if the police show up 3 times in a year. This has left us with no other option than to evict renters if the police show up at your door (within reason). If this unfortunate event were to happen it would mean you will be presented with a $500 citation ticket (from the city), loss of your security deposit and no refund of the remaining days you have the house rented (Yikes!).

So pllleeeaaaasse let’s not have that happen.
