This is our third time staying at the Breakers complex. We love the location, just across the street from the beach and the pier. This unit has a great view of the ocean. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided, but we didn't get to use them due to the dreary weather. We liked the king size bed. The unit was comfortable, although the furniture was a bit worn. Still, it rates 5 stars.

Definitely will stay here again. Beautiful view from front and back balcony. Communication was great with the contact we were given. Only reason I give 4 stars is due to a few small issues. The WiFi only worked the first day we were here. It was on and connected but the TV in the bedroom wouldn’t connect. We tried multiple ways to fix it and eventually gave up. The bed is a great size and comfortable, however the bed frame seems to be messed up when you sit on the bed it is almost uneven and makes a loud noise. Also had to buy extra toilet paper as we were only given 2 rolls (plus half left from the last stay). Also the microwave would loc when food was done and when you’d try to open it, it would start microwaving again. We just had to plug and unplug it. Other than that it was a great stay. The complex was quiet and cozy. Right across from the pier so we had some free live music. Love the two balconies. Would def come back if these small things were fixed :)

Perfect location near the pier and entrance to Freeman Park. House was comfortable, with a great deck looking out at the beach. Bed was comfortable and the house had why we needed for a great weekend!

The customer service on this condo was absolutely phenomenal! The condo has 2 balconies and tons of natural light to flow through! It had everything we needed and was so comfortable and cozy during our rainy stay. We loved every second in our condo!

My wife and I recently stayed here and we were very happy. You can still get a view of the ocean from the front porch. The place was very clean and well maintained. We will consider going back next year

First stay at Carolina Beach

First stay at Carolina Beach was a success...well minus the weather. So we ended up spending a lot of time in our room. The view was great and was really close with easy access to the beach. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

First the good stuff:BEAUTIFUL location! Easy to walk to the beach, and the Carolina pier was right there which made for a convenient lunch spot! Awesome ocean views! The bed was super comfy, the decks were a nice place to relax, just overall a very relaxing stay! We would absolutely stay here again! Some cons:The only hiccup we had was not knowing what unit we were staying in as I never received a confirmation (and I did check my spam folder too!). So I did have to call to get that info when we got there. The house could have been a titch cleaner, but being a dog-friendly home, and we were traveling with our dog, we didnt mind! But just a heads up for someone who doesnt appreciate the realistic expectations when having dogs. I will say the floors are thin so we could hear every movement from the people in the condo above us, and those below us also noted hearing our dog playing and running around- so if total quiet is important to you- this may not be your kinda place.

Other than the lock giving us a fit until we got a key, everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable, right by the beach which was also perfect. We will be staying again.

We liked the unit a lot. There was a nice view from every window. The place is cheerful and well stocked (except there was no body soap or shampoo). I would stay here again. We highly recommend “Soul Flavor” for dinner. Great food. Great vibe.

Great little condo

We were overall pleased with our stay. We are a family of four and had enough room. The decor was very beachy and up to date. I would suggest the owner replace the coffee pot with a full size one.
