Enjoy your home away from home situated on a spacious treed lot that backs onto a quiet park. Our 1800 sq. ft. two story home offers four bedrooms, living and family rooms, fully equipped custom built eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, dining room that seats 8 people, 1 and 1/2 baths, deck that offers afternoon shade, Weber BBQ, single car garage and parking for up to 4 vehicles. On the first level there are hardwood floors, heating/cooling pump, 1/2 bath, 55" Sony Smart TV and free WIFI and Internet. The second floor offers a full bath, 4 bedrooms with one that has a 55" Sony Smart TV and heating/cooling pump. Our home is centrally located and only a short drive to PEI's finest beaches, golf courses, airport and many more attractions. We are minutes away from Historical Downtown Charlottetown that offers gorgeous waterfront parks, beautiful restaurants, live entertainment, shopping, hiking, biking and many more activities to enjoy.

This is a sweet home away from home, backing onto a quiet park with playground equipment suitable for toddlers through school agers. The home is very clean and well-stocked with toiletries and paper products; the kitchen is well equipped with lots of dishes, cookware and coffee and tea supplies. Bedrooms are quiet and comfortable, linens are clean and plentiful. Lots of room to spread out. Patricia went above and beyond to provide high chair and travel bed for a baby. Commujixation was prompt and all went smoothly. We really enjoyed our one week stay.

Perfect Home

We had a great time in Patricia’s home. The place is very clean, lots of dishes ans glasses, a very nice deck to enjoy a glass of wine. Patricia is very fast in responding to our questions, very good recommendations. We would recommend the place any time.

All the amenities and then some are at this property, lots of towels and kitchen had all utensils and items one requires.The home was very clean upon arrival.Everything worked properly and the Weber BBQ on the back deck was great for our summertime visit.Owners are great communicators. It was a smooth arrival, stay and departure !

A great Spot

We enjoyed the 2 weeks with family and friends. The property enable us to have quiet meals in the morning and then partake in many family events that occurred. Clean and convienient.

Perfect place for our reunion!

Conveniently located short distance from town and shops and backing onto green space, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot! The home itself is very well appointed and it was nice to have the ample space indoors and out (and 4 separate bedrooms) for some downtime. Host is very quick to respond to any questions.

We were both born in rural PEI. I am a retired accountant who enjoys hiking, traveling, volunteering and spending time with friends and family especially my two small grand children. My husband is retired from the financial services industry and enjoys golfing and attending Islanders Junior Hockey games in his spare time.

We bought our first home in Sherwood and chose to stay in the community because of all that it offered including good schools, hockey rink, and shopping. We have enjoyed over 30 years in this home with the park in our back yard being a big attraction for our two children when they were young and now for friends, family and grandchildren when they visit.

Our property is on a quiet street, has friendly neighbours, centrally located and offers a park for young and not so young to play in.
