This new, 3-story stunner makes coastal luxury yours! From gorgeous coastal décor with custom woodwork and designer selections to five king suites with bonus bunks, a convenient elevator, and game room that will thrill the kids, this beauty has everything a family could want for a beach vacation.
AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three pools, two lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private beach access, a playground, on-site restaurants, and Town Center events and activities.
MAIN LIVING: Enveloped in white shiplap and a wood-paneled ceiling, the primary den centers on a fireplace flanked by built-in benches and wall-mounted TV. A large sectional sofa and chairs make room for everyone to gather. This cozy room opens to dining, kitchen and shaded side balcony with more seating. The contemporary farmhouse dining table, backed by windows in an airy nook, seats 10. In the all-white kitchen, prep memorable meals with gleaming, stainless appliances and fully stocked drawers. Gorgeous tilework creates an eye-catching backsplash for the kitchen and for the wet bar. The oversize island has bar stool seating for four, great for serving casual meals or visiting while you prep sunset cocktails or appetizers. An outdoor dining deck features a table for six, plus seating for morning coffee or sunset hour. A downstairs den provides another place to relax.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Choose from five, amazing king suites! On the third floor, the palatial, primary king suite has soaring ceilings and features French doors opening to a balcony with Gulf views! Enjoy a cozy seating area and a stunning bathroom with designer tile walls, luxe soaking tub, dual sinks, and spacious glass-front, walk-in shower with bench. This suite even has its own washer/dryer stacked in a closet! On the second level, both king suites opens to the balcony, offer gorgeous bedding, and luxury bathrooms with walk-in showers. The first floor offers two more king suites, each with bonus built-in bunk bedsâideal for families with little ones. The downstairs den also has a pull-out twin sleeper sofa.
EXTRAS: Play ping-pong or cards in the top-floor game room, which opens to balcony for more great views. A spacious, first-floor laundry room connects to the garage, which has an EV charger. Thereâs room for multi vehicles in the garage and paved driveway.

Casa Grande is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Casa Grande the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
