This beautiful near ocean Hilton Head home rental is just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach, has waterway and private pool views, beautiful appointments and a great interior design to help you create a dream vacation.

The downstairs boasts three living areas to enjoy. Continuing past the den with its HDTV and seating area off the entryway, is a large great room with an HDTV and plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. Adjacent to this, is yet another family room with an HDTV for more entertainment purposes. Down the hall on the first floor, you will find a entertainment room to keep everyone occupied. This area has access to the large deck, leading to your own private pool.

The large, fully stocked gourmet kitchen has custom cabinetry, granite countertops and features a table with seating for six. This also is where you access the large back deck, with a grill for outdoor cookouts. The dining room is adjacent the kitchen for a more formal dining experience, with seating for twelve.

Upstairs, the primary suite includes a King bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The primary bathroom includes a walk-in shower, spa tub and a double sink vanity. The second bedroom has two Queen beds, HDTV and its own en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
The third bedroom has three Queen size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has two Double size beds with yet another en-suite bathroom with tub and shower combination. The fifth and final bedroom boasts a King bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Beautiful Home with lots of activities for the family.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th or 6th stay in this home but first time under new property management. We love staying in this beautiful home but the yard, decks, pool area and driveway were not kept neat and clean upon our arrival like it had in the past. There is maintenance to the yard and driveway that needs serious attention. Hurricane Deby rained on us for 3 days during our stay and I was surprised that nobody checked on us or came by the home to make sure the property wasn't having any issues with all the rain and flooding. The trash bins were full when we arrived, and we never saw anyone empty them throughout the week. When I called the front desk regarding this, they did send someone to remove a few of the bags. We ended up leaving multiple bags in the house because the bins outside were overflowing. We probably cook in the fully stocked kitchen more than most guests, but the dishwasher will need replaced sooner than later. Thank you for having so many activities in the home for us to use. Especially during the hurricane!
