Gondola Square 35, a 2-Bedroom + Loft / 2-Bathroom condominium that boasts great valley views and offers guests unbeatable access to skiing and the Mountain Village. This warm and welcoming condo has all that you need - a well equipped kitchen, with lovely cabinetry and sleek countertops, seating at the breakfast bar for three, plus the dining table can seat six. The living area has vaulted ceilings, large windows take in the action of the Village below, the living room also has gas fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player, and access to the deck. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor, which also has access to the deck. Spiral stairs lead to the upper level which has an open loft sleeping area, and the second bedroom. Each of the bathrooms have been nicely updated, with new vanities, tile and fixtures. Take advantage of this lovely condo and its very convenient location.

Annual Steamboat Soccer Trip

This is a prime property and location that was perfect for our needs. We come up to Steamboat, CO for a week each summer from Dallas, TX for soccer training and a tournament. I usually look for a washer/dryer and A/C for my rental because there are hot days in Steamboat during the late summer. We got off to a rocky start because the A/C needed servicing. But, the owner and the property manager addressed the issue immediately. The management company was also very responsive to our needs during our stay. Well done guys!

1. Directions to parking were terrible. We had to call several times to understand where the parking garage and space were located.2. AC was terrible. When we arrived in the unit the temperature was close to 80 degrees and we were disappointed that no one from management had the forethought to go to inspect it ahead of our checkin. Also, to have only one minisplit located in the living room area to cool the entire space is ridiculous. The upstairs portion of the unit AND the downstairs bedroom were very warm/hot most of the time because, as we all know, heat rises. Consequently, fans were needed but only one fan was provided. The windows in the bedroom helped a little at night but the early morning bus and delivery trucks (4:30 AM with the backup noise) woke everyone up. 3. As indicated above, the units temperature upon arrival was close to 80 degrees. We also discovered, when we went to bed the first night, that the bedroom was still hot only to find out that the HEAT in the bedroom was on! The first night we had to lay on top of the covers and got no sleep. Every night of the stay we had to leave the door open in hopes that some of the cooler air from the open space (set at 59 degrees) would help. 4. Lastly, there was no hot water in shower the last 2 days of our stay.
